The piezoelectric device includes: a substrate; a bottom electrode layer disposed on the substrate; a piezoelectric functional layer disposed on the bottom electrode layer; a top electrode layer disposed on the piezoelectric functional layer; an insulation layer, arranged to cover an edge portion of the top electrode layer, the piezoelectric functional layer exposed from the top electrode layer and the bottom electrode layer exposed from the piezoelectric functional layer, an edge of the insulation layer has a slope angle less than 60 degrees; and a wiring layer disposed on the insulation layer, the wiring layer at least partially covers the top electrode layer exposed from the insulation layer, and the wiring layer covers the edge of the insulation layer in an overlapping area of the wiring layer and the insulation layer.

The semiconductor die package is mounted to an interposer. In addition to the semiconductor die package, the fixture includes a lid component having a top structure and footing structures that connect the lid component to the interposer. The fixture includes a thermal interface material between a top surface of the semiconductor die package and the top structure of the lid component. The footing structures, connected to the interposer using deposits of an epoxy material, provide increase a structural rigidity of the fixture relative to another fixture not including the footing structures.

Abstract: Described are an encoding method and system for ROAs. The encoding method includes the following steps: given a set of authorized IP prefixes an AS which are maintained with an IP address trie. By specifying a sequence of hanging levels on the IP address trie, it is divided into a set of non-overlapping sub-trees, each rooted at a hanging level. A node on a hanging level uniquely defines a sub-tree rooted at it, whose prefix can be encoded as the identifier of this sub-tree. All authorized prefixes covered by a sub-tree can be encoded into a bitmap of 2h bits, where h is the height of this sub-tree. Thus, the set of authorized IP prefixes of an AS is encoded into several tuples (identifier, bitmap).

Aspects further include identifying a relationship between the two or more keywords based on the extracted audio information and video information and creating a graph having a plurality of nodes and a plurality of links that connect a pair of nodes of the plurality of nodes. Each node corresponds to an extracted keyword and each link corresponds to the identified relationship between the pair of nodes.

Abstract: A management method for a cutting tool of a machine tool is provided. A user host imports a graphical data of a workpiece and a cutting tool database into CAM, and a user may select cutting tools to establish a complete machining process. T codes are replaced with electronic tags. Before executing a machine code comprising the electronic tags, the machine tool re-scans the cutting tools assembled at a tool turret and updates cutting tool arrangement information to ensure that the tool turret is equipped with the cutting tools used in the machining process. When the machine tool stores the electronic tags, a ready message is displayed for reminding an operator. When the electronic tags are not stored, the current storage location of a cutting tool lacked in the machining process or a warning message is displayed at the operation interface for reminding the operator.

An inlet of the first pump connects to the solution tank, and an outlet of the first pump connects to the buffer tank. An inlet of the second pump connects to the buffer tank, and an outlet of the second pump connects to a cleaning chamber in which a substrate is cleaned.
