  • Publication number: 20230370321
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and computer-readable media for determining instances of parity drift in target cloud computing systems as well as determining when instances of parity drift require addressing. For example, in various implementations, a cloud parity drift detection system compiles information about services, configurations, versions, etc. along with additional data from a reference cloud system into a job package and provides the job package to one or more target cloud computing systems. The cloud parity drift detection system can then utilize the job package to compare corresponding information on the reference cloud system to a target data set of the target cloud system to determine instances of parity drift at the target cloud system. Additionally, the cloud parity drift detection system can determine and act when instances of parity drift require addressing.

  • Publication number: 20230360690
Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for compensated sense amplifier with crosscoupled n-type transistors. A sense amplifier has a pair of p-type transistors coupled between a system voltage and respective first and second gut nodes. When a command signal is active, the p-type transistors are coupled in a diode fashion from the system voltage to the respective gut nodes. The amplifier also has a pair of n-type transistors which are cross coupled, where a first n-type transistor has a node coupled to the first gut node and a gate coupled to the second gut node and the second n-type transistor has a node coupled to the second gut node and a gate coupled to the first gut node. Each of the n-type transistors may have a separate current flowing through them and respective one of a pair of feedback transistors to a ground voltage.

  • Publication number: 20230340606
Abstract: The disclosure provides methods for detecting a RAS pathway mutation in a subject. The methods include obtaining a biological sample from the subject, isolating nucleic acids from the biological sample, and analyzing the expression level of noncoding RNAs in the nucleic acids in conjunction with a corresponding reference level in a control sample, wherein a differential expression level of the noncoding RNAs compared to the corresponding reference level in the control sample indicates that the subject has a RAS pathway mutation.

  • Publication number: 20230331845
Abstract: The present invention provides novel full-length human antibodies that bind to human Fc epsilon-R1 alpha (monospecific antibodies). The present invention also provides novel bispecific antibodies (bsAbs) that bind to both Fc epsilon-R1 alpha and CD3 and activate T cells via the CD3 complex in the presence of Fc epsilon-R1 alpha-expressing cells. The bispecific antigen-binding molecules of the invention are useful for the treatment of diseases and disorders in which an upregulated or induced Fc epsilon-R1 alpha-targeted immune response is desired and/or therapeutically beneficial. For example, the bispecific antibodies of the invention are useful for the treatment of allergies, including anaphylaxis.

  • Patent number: 11766513
Abstract: Systems and methods according to present principles meet the needs of the above in several ways, and in particular provide a product that can continuously monitor and remove air from the stomach without removing liquid from a premature neonate's stomach. The device works by providing suction pressure of, e.g., 10±0.1 mmHg through the feeding tube to continuously remove air from the stomach. In this way the device prevents the problem of gastric distension all together. The pressure may be regulated by using an electronic control valve.

  • Publication number: 20230282240
Abstract: In some implementations, a computing device can guide a user of the computing device through creation of media content using storyboard templates. For example, the user may invoke a media editing application on the computing device. The media editing application can be configured with a plurality of different storyboard templates to be used for the creation of different types or categories of content. A storyboard template corresponding to a particular type of content can include suggested media segments and suggested media clips for the particular type, or topic, of content. Thus, a particular storyboard template can include suggested media segments and suggested media clips that are different from other storyboard templates. The media editing application can include features that allow the user to edit the storyboard template and/or the media content corresponding to a storyboard project created by the user.

  • Patent number: 11751393
Abstract: A memory array comprising strings of memory cells comprises a vertical stack comprising alternating insulative tiers and conductive tiers. The strings of memory cells in the stack comprise channel-material strings and storage-material strings extending through the insulative tiers and the conductive tiers. At least some of the storage material of the storage-material strings in individual of the insulative tiers are intrinsically less charge-transmissive than is the storage material in the storage-material strings in individual of the conductive tiers. Other aspects, including method, are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20230252407
Abstract: Methods and systems for managing inventory at a retail facility include an image capture device having a field of view that includes a product display shelf of the retail facility, an electronic database that stores a planogram of product display shelves at the retail facility and a computing device. The computing device obtains an image of a product display shelf, detects the individual packages of each of the different products captured in the image, defines different product display areas for the different products on the product display shelf captured in the image, and generates virtual boundary lines that surround each of the defined product display areas. The computing device also determines an identity of a product contained located in each defined product display area, and associates the virtual boundary lines surrounding each defined product display area with an identifier unique to the product contained in the defined product display area.
