  • Publication number: 20040251040
Abstract: A high torsion electromotive opener comprises a casing, an electrical control unit, a power supply and a lamp. The electrical control unit is formed by a motor and a connecting unit. The motor receives power from the power supply to drive the connecting unit to rotate. The power supply includes at least one of battery, an electric dual layer capacitor and a charge seat which are installed in the casing. The batteries are connected to the electric dual layer capacitor in parallel and the charge seat is conductive to the batteries. The charging and discharging of the electric dual layer capacitor is physical reaction and thus current flow is not limited. The electric dual layer capacitor is charged or discharged transiently. When the power supply drives the electrical control unit to rotate, the electric dual layer capacitor will charge the electrical control unit transiently so as to have a large torsion.

  • Patent number: 6799909
Abstract: A method of providing fully automated processing of a Split Lot of wafers to manufacture semiconductor devices is provided. The method processes a test Lot of wafers with a production Lot. Processing of both Lots continue as a single Lot along the production processing path up to a split condition process. Processing of the production Lot is put on hold until the alternate processing or test Lot processing is completed. The two Lots are then merged and processed according to the original predefined process steps continue on both Lots.

  • Publication number: 20040112773
Abstract: A disc storage case includes a base, a clamp having disc-retaining fingers that pass through an aperture in a disc to retain the disc parallel to the base, and a number of suspension arms radiating from the clamp and extending in off-radial directions to the base. The arms, in combination, take on a vortex-form. As a result, the length of each arm is maximised to provide a soft suspension for the clamp wherein radial movement of the disc-retaining fingers is achieved with little vertical force applied to the disc itself.

  • Patent number: 6547068
Abstract: The present invention relates to a storage case having a central retaining element which comprises a push-button, at least two spring-catches forming a locking element, and at least two supporting clips forming a supporting element. Each spring-catch has a first projecting portion with a projection and a spring-arm and each supporting clip has a second projecting portion and a supporting plate. The spring-arms and the supporting plates are tilted down to form a conical seat. The spring-catches and the supporting clips are spaced by means of the spacing slits. The push-button is placed in the central hole defined by spring-catches and integrated with the underside of spring-catches. When a pressure applied on the push-button is released, the projection will make its outside tilted surfaces to lift the disc from the supporting surface. As such, the user can readily remove the CD.

  • Patent number: 6470231
Abstract: The invention is proposed to efficiently dispatch wafers into tools, and particularly to provide a real-time and automatic way to dispatch wafers. In addition, a method for dispatching wafers, a system for dispatching wafers into tools and a system for processing numerous lots by number of tools with automatic dispatch are present as examples. One main characteristic of the invention is that each pending wafer is given an individual priority before it is processed by any tool and the priority is automatically calculated in accordance with to a ranking algorithm. Another main characteristic of the invention is that whenever a tool is available to process at least one pending wafer, part of pending wafers is automatically assigned to the available tool in accordance with an assignment algorithm and a required limitation database that is provided by the dispatcher.

  • Patent number: 6444574
Abstract: A method for forming a contact hole having a stepped sidewall is disclosed. First, a capping layer is formed on a semiconductor substrate, and then, a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer having different etch rates are formed on the capping layer. A preliminary contact hole is anisotropically etched through the layers, and part of the way through the substrate. After this, the sidewalls of the preliminary contact hole are isotropically etched with an etching agent having a higher etch rate for the second dielectric layer than for the first dielectric layer, thereby forming a step sidewall. Finally, the exposed portions of the capping layer are removed to complete the contact hole fabrication.
