  • Publication number: 20240406197
Abstract: The technology disclosed herein enables remediation of outlier DNS requests using tiered remedial actions. In a particular example, a method provides grouping DNS requests into one or more groups based on characteristics of the DNS requests and identifying an outlier request of the DNS requests. The outlier request is one of the DNS requests that is not included in the one or more groups. The method further provides determining a remedial action from tiered remedial actions for the outlier request based on a distance of the outlier request to the one or more groups. The tiered remedial actions correspond to different distances. The method provides performing the remedial action.

  • Publication number: 20240326178
Abstract: A welding system includes a collaborative robot, a robot controller, a welding torch having an end located at a tool center point (TCP), a welding power supply, and a teach pendant. The teach pendant includes a UI application configured for programming welding points and parameters. In a first operation mode, the UI application displays the plurality of welding points in a list that includes a highlighted closest welding point having a three-dimensional position that is closest to the TCP. The highlighted closest welding point automatically updates upon manual movement TCP. In a second operation mode, the list includes a highlighted selected welding point, and the UI further displays a selector button that shows a straight line distance of the TCP to a three-dimensional position of the highlighted selected welding point. Activation of the selector button causes the TCP to move to the position of the highlighted selected welding point.

  • Publication number: 20240291249
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for automated routing of wires of a wire harness on a form board. A wire harness comprising a wire end connector and a multiplicity of groups of wires is supported and carried by a carrier end effector mounted to an end of a first robotic arm. The wire groups are accessed and then routed on the form board by a routing end effector mounted to an end of a second robotic arm. Initially a wire gripper of the routing end effector is opened. The second robotic arm is then controlled to move the routing end effector so that respective first portions of all wire groups are accessible for gripping by the wire gripper. Then the wire gripper is closed to grip the first portions of wires. Then the second robotic arm is controlled to move the routing end effector to place second portions of the wires of all wire groups in a first elastic retainer wire routing device attached to the form board.

  • Publication number: 20240283804
Abstract: The technology disclosed herein enables identification of outlier DNS requests so the identified requests can be inspected to determine whether the identified requests may be associated with suspicious activity. In a particular example, a method provides determining characteristics of a Domain Name System (DNS) request and generating a score for the DNS request from the characteristics. The method further provides grouping a plurality of DNS requests into one or more groups based on a plurality of DNS request scores for the plurality of DNS requests. The plurality of DNS requests occurred in a specified timeframe and include the DNS request. The plurality of DNS request scores includes the score. In response to determining the DNS request is an outlier relative to the one or more groups, the method provides inspecting the DNS request for anomalies.

  • Publication number: 20240269760
Abstract: In one embodiment, weld torch angle tools are provided to present an operator with the work angle and travel angle measured as taught in the weld point. The operator is presented with buttons to make small adjustments which the robot will move to in live updates to independently tune each angle. If the base plate is tilted, a workflow is provided to the operator to teach that tilt to the robot, allowing the measured angles and axes to be adjusted accordingly. This allows the operator to accurately dial in the exact angle measures specified for a given weld and to visually confirm the validity of the weld point as adjusted, to prevent any unexpected collision or robot reach issues.

  • Patent number: 12047440
Abstract: In a service mesh, back-pressure is applied and relieved as needed by a control mechanism which is applied between pairs of services to control the rate at which service requests are made from one of service to the other via monitoring hardware and/or software metrics. A proxy of one service is monitored to observe the rate at which it receives service requests from the other service. If it is observed that the monitored metrics have breached allowable limits, back-pressure is applied to reduce the rate at which the other proxy transmits these service requests. Through continued monitoring of the proxy, the back-pressure can be later relieved when appropriate by increasing the permitted request rate.

  • Publication number: 20240232041
Abstract: Various embodiments comprise systems and methods to maintain data consistency in a data pipeline. In some examples, a computing system comprises data monitoring circuitry that monitors the operations of the data pipeline. The data pipeline receives input data, processes the input data, and generates output data. The data monitoring circuitry receives and processes the output data sets to identify changes between the output data sets. The data monitoring circuitry generates a consistency score based on the changes that indicates a similarity level between the output data sets. The data monitoring circuitry determines when the consistency score exceeds a threshold value. When the consistency score exceeds the threshold value, the data monitoring circuitry generates and transfers an alert that indicates ones of the output data sets that exceeded the threshold value.

  • Publication number: 20240230004
Abstract: A tapping sleeve is described comprising a flow channel. The flow channel comprises an inlet and an outlet. A shell partially surrounds the flow channel. The shell comprises a cap shell portion, a flexible shell region, a tapped shell portion, and a clamp extending across a circumferential reach between the tapped shell portion and the cap shell portion. The clamp extends across the circumferential reach between the tapped shell portion and the cap shell portion to secure the tapping sleeve on the pipe. In the closed position, the clamp couples the tapped shell portion to the cap shell portion, and the flexible shell region is interposed between and more flexible than the tapped shell portion and the cap shell portion.

  • Patent number: 12019902
Abstract: Various embodiments comprise systems and methods to monitor operations of a data pipeline. In some examples, a data pipeline receives data inputs, processes the data inputs, and responsively generates and transfers data outputs. Data monitoring circuitry monitors the operations of the data pipeline circuitry, identifies an input change between an initial one of the data inputs and a subsequent one of the data inputs, and identifies an output change between an initial one of the data outputs and a subsequent one of the data outputs. The data monitoring circuitry correlates the input change to the output change, determines a quality threshold for the output change based on the correlation, and determines when the output change falls below the quality threshold. When the output change falls below the quality threshold, the data monitoring circuitry generates and transfers an alert that indicates the input change and the output change.

  • Publication number: 20240202059
Abstract: Various embodiments comprise systems and methods to indicate when errors occur in a data pipeline. In some examples, data monitoring circuitry monitors the operations of a data pipeline. The data monitoring circuitry ingests an output data set generated by the pipeline, compares the output data set to an expected output, identifies differences between the output data set and the expected output, and determines when the magnitude of the difference exceeds an error threshold. When the error threshold is exceeded, the data monitoring circuitry generates a graphical representation of the output data set, a graphical representation of the expected pipeline output, and an animated transition from the graphical representation of the expected pipeline output to the graphical representation of the output data.

  • Publication number: 20240171591
Abstract: Systems, methods, and software for monitoring deviations from DNS request trends in a computing environment. In one example, a monitoring service identifies baseline information associated with DNS requests in a computing environment based on DNS requests during a baseline period. The monitoring service further monitors DNS request information associated with additional DNS requests in the computing environment and determines when the additional DNS requests satisfy criteria demonstrative of a deviation from the baseline information. Once the criteria are satisfied, the monitoring service performs an action remediate the deviation.
