    Abstract: A mount for securing an element such as a radar transceiver on a vehicle includes a bracket securable to a vehicle bumper or other component. A cover plate is securable to the vehicle component opposite the bracket, and fasteners are extended through the cover plate and the bracket to clamp the bracket and the cover plate against opposite sides of the vehicle component, with the radar transceiver or other element located between the cover plate and a base of the bracket. An alignment arrangement may be included to permit changes to the positioning of the radar transceiver or other element between the cover plate and the base of the bracket for proper transceiver alignment. A process of securing a radar transceiver or other element on a vehicle is also described.

The assembly method comprises: (a) establishing a coordinate system of a form board having a multiplicity of holes; (b) using a computer system to determine locations of form board devices of different types with reference to the coordinate system of the form board based on engineering data specifying a wire bundle configuration; and (c) fastening the form board devices of different types to respective holes of the form board having centers closest to respective locations determined in step (b). The data processing circuitry receives an output data set from the data pipeline. The data processing circuitry determines similarities between the output data set and the data standard. The data processing circuitry scores the output data set based on the similarity between the output data set and the data standard and reports the score.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are presented for immersive and simultaneous animation in a mixed reality environment. Techniques disclosed represent a physical object, present at a scene, in a 3D space of a virtual environment associated with the scene. A virtual element is posed relative to the representation of the physical object in the virtual environment. The virtual element is displayed to users from a perspective of each user in the virtual environment. Responsive to an interaction of one user with the virtual element, an edit command is generated and the pose of the virtual element is adjusted in the virtual environment according to the edit command. The display of the virtual element to the users is then updated according to the adjusted pose. When simultaneous and conflicting edit commands are generated by collaborating users, policies to reconcile the conflicting edit commands are disclosed.

The laser wire-processing device also includes a laser operable to direct a laser beam toward an insulation layer of the wire. The wire guide could be a tube arranged in the device or a backstop guide.

The data monitoring system may receive a call from the data pipeline to analyze data inputs entering the data pipeline. The monitoring system can generate metadata describing the data inputs and compare the generated metadata with previously generated metadata to determine if the data inputs are historically consistent. The data monitoring system may return a consistency measure to the data pipeline. In further embodiments, the data monitoring system can generate metadata describing data outputs from the data pipeline and compare the output metadata to previously generated output metadata. In further embodiments, the data monitoring system may operate as a read only entity in a database. The monitoring system may monitor for changes in the database and determine when adverse changes occur in the database.

When the expected data outputs do not align with the actual data outputs, the data monitoring system generates and transfers an alert signifying the non-alignment.

The robot includes a manipulator arm and a wire-routing end effector mounted to a distal end of the manipulator arm. The wire-routing end effector is configured for dispensing and routing a wire along a path through form board devices mounted to a harness form board. The wire-routing end effector is moved along a planned path under the control of a robot controller. An end effector path is provided with a set of processes that enable rapid, even fully automatic, development of robot motion controls for routing wires on harness form boards. The system uses a measurement encoder on the end effector that is routing individual wires on a wire harness form board to learn the length of each wire and its length variation.

More specifically, the computer system is configured for visually estimating the position and orientation of a contact-equipped wire being held by the wire holder and then generating robot guidance to enable automated pickup of the end section of the wire by the wire gripper.

The metal material is deposited as a beaded weave pattern, based on a planned path of a planned build pattern, under control of the computer control apparatus. A weave width, a weave frequency, and a weave dwell of the beaded weave pattern may be dynamically adjusted during deposition of the beaded weave pattern. The adjustments are under control of the computer control apparatus based on the planned build pattern, as a width of the build layer varies along a length dimension of the build layer.
