  • Patent number: 12361838
Abstract: The system receives an input indicating a device and an indication of an issue associated with the device and a natural language input describing a troubleshooting procedure performed to resolve the issue. Based on the input indicating the device, and the indication of the issue associated with the device, the system maps the natural language input into a predetermined troubleshooting procedure associated with the device. The system receives an input indicating a result among the multiple results associated with the predetermined troubleshooting procedure. Based on the result of the predetermined troubleshooting procedure, the system determines a troubleshooting procedure to perform. The troubleshooting procedure includes a repair step associated with the issue or a testing step associated with the issue and is different from the troubleshooting procedure performed to resolve the issue. The system suggests the troubleshooting procedure to an operator associated with the device.

  • Patent number: 12342879
Abstract: Improved personal protective equipment facial wear including, in one embodiment, an at least partly adhesive mask, and one or more adhesive eye shields. In one implementation, the mask avoids significant contact with the delicate periorbital skin of the wearer, yet provides a substantially airtight seal so as to preclude moisture vapor transfer and “fogging” of eyeware or instruments. In another implementation, adherence of the eye shield is at least partially overlapping with the mask and creates an at least partial seal around a perimeter of the eye shield. Further, an at least partial seal is formed around a perimeter of the mask. The mask and eye shield additionally prevent nasal air flow obstruction, and address the problem of skin irritation and attachment during normal facial expression and movement of the wearer.

  • Patent number: 12343860
Abstract: Illustrative embodiments improve holding of a workpiece in an industrial process by placing the workpiece on or in a workpiece interface of a workholder and, prior to securing the workpiece on or in the workholder, vibrating the workpiece interface to settle the workpiece onto or into the workpiece interface. The act of vibrating the workpiece interface is separate and distinct from an act of securing the workpiece to the workpiece interface, and the vibration from the act of vibrating the workpiece interface is separate and distinct from vibration that may occur incidental to the act of securing the workpiece to the workpiece interface. Some embodiments of a workholder include a vibration actuator distinct from a workpiece interface actuator that opens and closes the workpiece interface. Some embodiments of workpiece interface include a set of one or more tapered guides to guide a workpiece onto the workpiece interface.

Abstract: High voltage micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) switches are described. A MEMS teeter-totter switch can include a beam coupled to an anchor on a substrate and two control electrodes, disposed on a surface of the substrate. A control circuit may include an isolator that provides an isolated activation voltage to a voltage supply and control circuit.
