  • Publication number: 20190244234
Abstract: Technologies for enhancing credit transactions include a point of sale computing system. The point of sale computing system receives payment vehicle data for a credit transaction associated with a purchase event. The point of sale computing system determines whether the credit transaction is an alternate routing candidate. The point of sale computing system routes an authorization request message to an issuer computing system via a payment card network in response to a determination that the credit transaction is not an alternate routing candidate. Alternatively, the point of sale computing system routes the authorization request message directly to the issuer computing system via a PIN debit network in response to a determination that the credit transaction is an alternate routing candidate. A corresponding authorization response message is received by the point of sale computing system via the payment card network or the PIN debit network. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

  • Patent number: 10198740
Abstract: Technologies for enhancing payment transactions include an acquirer computing system. The acquirer computing system receives a payment authorization request message for a payment transaction associated with a purchase event and event-specific data corresponding to the purchase event. An offer identification query is transmitted to a promotion management computing system via an out-of-band communications channel. Offer redemption instructions corresponding to a matched offer are received from the promotion management computing system via the out-of-band communications channel. Based on the redemption value of the matched offer, a net transaction amount for the purchase event is determined. The payment authorization request message is modified based on the determined net transaction amount. The modified payment authorization request message is transmitted to an issuer computing system via an in-band communications channel.

  • Publication number: 20180372444
Abstract: An axially offset foregrip assembly for a long gun has a grip portion having a first grip axis, with a middle portion of the grip portion configured to be grasped by a hand of a user about the first grip axis. The foregrip assembly also has a coupling portion for coupling between the middle portion of the grip portion and a fore-end of a long gun. The long gun has a barrel having a longitudinal axis and a rear grip having a second grip axis, which together define a vertical barrel plane. The coupling portion is configured to couple the grip portion to the fore-end of the long gun such that the first grip axis is in a vertical grip plane horizontally offset from the vertical barrel plane, with the vertical grip plane and the first grip axis substantially parallel to the vertical barrel plane.

  • Patent number: 9833610
Abstract: A lead assembly includes an implantable lead. Electrodes are disposed along a distal end of the lead in an electrode array. Terminals are disposed along a proximal end of the lead in a proximal-most terminal array and a medial terminal array. A terminal extension electrically couples to the medial terminal array. A port is defined in a connector at a first end of the terminal extension. The port has a first end and an opposing second end and forms a continuous passageway therebetween. The port receives the medial terminal array. A contact array includes connector contacts that are disposed within the port and that couple electrically with a terminal array disposed along a second end of the terminal extension. The contact array couples electrically with terminals of the medial terminal array of the lead when the medial terminal array is received by the port.
