  • Patent number: 11604839
Abstract: A centralized document system receives a request to merge a first document package associated with a first party and a second document package associated with a second party. The first document package includes a first set of documents and the second document package includes a second set of documents. In response to the request, the centralized document system identifies a first subset of documents included in both the first and second sets of documents and identifies a second subset of documents with conflicts between the first and second sets of documents. The centralized document system rectifies the second subset of documents to cure the conflicts between the first and second sets of documents. The centralized document system generates a merged document package including the first subset of documents and the rectified second subset of documents for execution by the first and second parties.

  • Patent number: 11549151
Abstract: An example method of treating a subject having a tumor is described herein. The method can include determining a radiosensitivity index of the tumor, deriving a subject-specific variable based on the radiosensitivity index, and obtaining a genomic adjusted radiation dose effect value for the tumor. The radiosensitivity index can be assigned from expression levels of signature genes of a cell of the tumor. Additionally, the genomic adjusted radiation dose effect value can be predictive of tumor recurrence in the subject after treatment. The method can also include determining a radiation dose based on the subject-specific variable and the genomic adjusted radiation dose effect value.

  • Publication number: 20230003480
Abstract: A wipe-cutting tool integrated into a firearm or firearm accessory, or component thereof, which can be replaced in the field. The muzzle accessories may include a suppressor, a brake, a compensator or a flash suppressor. The components may include an endcap, the end of an accessory, a muzzle or a baffle. Cutting blades are integrated into the firearm or muzzle accessory and may be integrally formed with the suppressor or compensator tube as well as with a muzzle end cap attached to the tube. When pressed into a substrate of material suitable to form a wipe the cutting blade separates a wipe from the substrate which can be readily inserted into the suppressor or compensator at the muzzle end.

  • Publication number: 20220407881
Abstract: Embodiments are directed to monitoring network traffic using network monitoring computers (NMCs). Metrics may be determined based on monitoring network traffic associated with a plurality of entities each associated with a profile that includes the metrics for each entity. Beaconing metrics associated with beaconing activity may be determined based on the metrics. The profile of each entity may be compared with the beaconing metrics to determine the entities that may be engaged in beaconing activity. The entities may be characterized based on beaconing activity such that the beaconing activity includes communication with endpoints associated with the third parties, employing communication protocols associated with the third-parties, or exchanging payloads consistent with the beaconing activity. Reports that include information associated with the entities and its beaconing activity may be generated.

  • Patent number: 11512917
Abstract: A wiped muzzle device, such as a compensator, brake or flash suppressor. The wipe improves the function of the muzzle device by forcing muzzle blast gases through the ports or vents to either counter the force vector created by the muzzle blast gases or alter the mixing of gases to reduce muzzle flash.

  • Patent number: 11505952
Abstract: A level marking device for drywall installation is disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the level marking device includes a body portion configured to be attached to a carpenter's level; and a pin member coupled to the body portion. In another embodiment, the level marking device includes a carpenter's level, the carpenter's level including a body portion and a level indicator for establishing a horizontal and/or vertical line or plane; and a pin member coupled to the carpenter's level. The pin member of the level marking device is configured to be positioned at the intersection of one side of a stud and an edge of drywall. The level marking device is configured to position one edge of the carpenter's level approximately aligned with a centerline of the stud so as to enable a guide line to be marked on the drywall that approximates the centerline of the stud.

  • Publication number: 20220130415
Abstract: A method of detecting a cough in an audio stream includes a step of performing one or more pre-processing steps on the audio stream to generate an input audio sequence comprising a plurality of time-separated audio segments. An embedding is generated by a self-supervised triplet loss embedding model for each of the segments of the input audio sequence using an audio feature set, the embedding model having been trained to learn the audio feature set in a self-supervised triplet loss manner from a plurality of speech audio clips from a speech dataset. The embedding for each of the segments is provided to a model performing cough detection inference. This model generates a probability that each of the segments of the input audio sequence includes a cough episode. The method includes generating cough metrics for each of the cough episodes detected in the input audio sequence.

  • Publication number: 20220023665
Abstract: The effects of acute toxicity from a radiation procedure can be reduced without altering the radiation dose. Instead, a radiation procedure can be weighted to deliver certain amounts of radiation per day through temporal feathering. A target volume for a radiation procedure can be determined based on at least one image. The radiation procedure includes a total dose of radiation to be administered in a time period. An organ outside of the target volume at risk of acute toxicity from the radiation procedure can be determined based on the at least one image. A sequence plan that ensures the total dose of radiation is administered in the time period can be calculated. The sequence plan includes one day of a high fractional dose of radiation and four days of a low fractional dose of radiation. The sequence accomplishes temporal feathering of the radiation therapy procedure.
