  • Publication number: 20210389076
Abstract: A wiped muzzle device, such as a compensator, brake or flash suppressor. The wipe improves the function of the muzzle device by forcing muzzle blast gases through the ports or vents to either counter the force vector created by the muzzle blast gases or alter the mixing of gases to reduce muzzle flash.

  • Publication number: 20210389077
Abstract: A wipe-cutting tool integrated into a firearm or firearm accessory, or component thereof, which can be replaced in the field. The muzzle accessories may include a suppressor, a brake, a compensator or a flash suppressor. The components may include an endcap, the end of an accessory, a muzzle or a baffle. Cutting blades are integrated into the firearm or muzzle accessory and may be integrally formed with the suppressor or compensator tube as well as with a muzzle end cap attached to the tube. When pressed into a substrate of material suitable to form a wipe the cutting blade separates a wipe from the substrate which can be readily inserted into the suppressor or compensator at the muzzle end.

  • Publication number: 20210349885
Abstract: An electronic document service provides an interoperable network in which entities can come to agreement as peers. Entities can create a network of trusted accounts, enable sharing and collaboration within the network, enforce process settings of shared transactions, and enable customized levels of visibility into transactions for all entities involved. In embodiments, an agent server receives documents from suppliers to be executed within a network of the electronic document service. Each document corresponds to signing requirements and collection requirements. The agent server combines the documents into a single signing package based on the signing requirements associated with each document. The agent server provides the signing package for execution, and receives the executed signing package. The agent server extracts the individual signed documents from the executed signing package.

  • Patent number: 11147986
Abstract: The effects of acute toxicity from a radiation procedure can be reduced without altering the radiation dose by temporally feathering the radiation procedure. Using temporal feathering, the radiation procedure delivers a total amount of radiation that is weighted amounts of radiation per day. The weighted amounts of radiation can be delivered according to a sequence plan that ensures the total dose of radiation is administered in the time period. The sequence plan includes one day of a high fractional dose of radiation and four days of a low fractional dose of radiation.

  • Publication number: 20210225470
Abstract: A method of electronically reporting a reportable condition includes receiving a first document associated with a first type of a Consolidated-Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) standard. The first document includes patient information associated with a patient treated by a healthcare provider (HCP). The method also includes parsing the first document into a plurality of patient information fields and determining whether any of the plurality of patient information fields in the parsed first document include a reportable condition. When at least one patient information field of the plurality of patient information fields includes the reportable condition, the method also includes generating a second document associated with a second type of the C-CDA standard and including the reportable condition.

  • Publication number: 20200308658
Abstract: An example method of treating a subject having a tumor is described herein. The method can include determining a radiosensitivity index of the tumor, deriving a subject-specific variable based on the radiosensitivity index, and obtaining a genomic adjusted radiation dose effect value for the tumor. The radiosensitivity index can be assigned from expression levels of signature genes of a cell of the tumor. Additionally, the genomic adjusted radiation dose effect value can be predictive of tumor recurrence in the subject after treatment. The method can also include determining a radiation dose based on the subject-specific variable and the genomic adjusted radiation dose effect value.

  • Patent number: 10743133
Abstract: A mobile data analysis system is provided that enables mobile device location tracking, secure messaging, and real-time sharing of intelligence information, among other features. In one embodiment, a method and apparatus is provided for creating data objects from one or more digital images captured by a mobile device. A computing device receives a first digital image file comprising first image metadata, wherein the first image metadata includes one or more image properties each having an image property value. The computing device transforms one or more of the image property values of the one or more image properties into one or more particular values. The computing device populates one or more data object property values of a data object with the one or more particular values. The computing device stores the data object in a data repository.

  • Publication number: 20200179720
Abstract: The effects of acute toxicity from a radiation procedure can be reduced without altering the radiation dose. Instead, a radiation procedure can be weighted to deliver certain amounts of radiation per day through temporal feathering. A target volume for a radiation procedure can be determined based on at least one image. The radiation procedure includes a total dose of radiation to be administered in a time period. An organ outside of the target volume at risk of acute toxicity from the radiation procedure can be determined based on the at least one image. A sequence plan that ensures the total dose of radiation is administered in the time period can be calculated. The sequence plan includes one day of a high fractional dose of radiation and four days of a low fractional dose of radiation. The sequence accomplishes temporal feathering of the radiation therapy procedure.

  • Patent number: RE48589
Abstract: A computer-based method and system for sharing and deconflicting data changes amongst a plurality of replication sites. In a particular embodiment, data changes at sites to data objects are tracked by each site on a per-data object basis using per-data object version vectors. In another particular embodiment, data changes at sites to links connecting two data objects are tracked by each site on a per-link set basis using per-link set version vectors. In another particular embodiment, per-object version vectors are used to detect a conflict resulting from concurrent changes at two or more sites in which one of the concurrent changes includes an object resolution change.
