  • Patent number: 11136169
Abstract: A tamper-resistant containment package is described, including a container; a cover configured to engage with the container so that the container and cover form an enclosed volume; and at least one tamper-resistant mechanical fastener that is cooperative with the cover and container to render the containment package tamper-resistant when the container and cover are engaged in a sealed state isolating the enclosed volume from an ambient environment surrounding the containment package. Such containment package is usefully employed for storage and transport of chemical reagents that pose a health, safety, and/or environmental risk if released to an exterior environment of the containment package.

  • Publication number: 20210285792
Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for automatic generation and distribution of curbside map data. A server receives municipal regulation data from an external source, and processes the municipal regulation data to generate curbside map data. The server also transmits a message conveying at least a portion (e.g. relevant portion based on request) of the curbside map data to a client computing device. By obtaining and processing the municipal regulation data, the curbside map data can be generated and distributed without time consuming and error prone disadvantages of manual surveying.

  • Publication number: 20210286713
Abstract: A method for testing a system under test (SUT) in an active environment includes generating, by a testing system, several tests for testing the SUT. The tests are generated based on a coverage model of the SUT, which includes multiple attributes. The method further includes creating, by the testing system, a minimal set of tests from the tests by selecting tests that do not exceed a predetermined performance threshold. The method further includes executing, by the testing system, the minimal set of tests on the SUT for analyzing a soft failure of the SUT in the active environment. The soft failure occurs in the active environment during execution of the SUT based at least in part on a performance parameter of the active environment.

  • Publication number: 20210286714
Abstract: A method for testing a system under test (SUT) in an active environment to identify cause of a soft failure includes recording a first difference vector by executing a set of test cases on a baseline system and monitoring performance parameters of the baseline system before and after executing the test cases. Each performance record represents differences in the performance parameters of the baseline system from before and after the execution of a corresponding test case. The method further includes, similarly, recording a second difference vector by executing the test cases on the SUT and monitoring performance parameters of the SUT before and after executing the test cases. The method further includes identifying an outlier performance record from the second difference vector by comparing the difference vectors and further, determining a root cause of the soft failure by analyzing a test case corresponding to the outlier.

  • Publication number: 20210281596
Abstract: A method, system, and computer program product for generating personalized security testing simulations is provided. The method identifies a user of a communications system. The user is associated with a user profile. The method generates a simulated attack communication based on the user, the user profile, and an attack personalization model. The simulated attack communication is transmitted to the user via the communications system. • Publication number: 20210281564
Abstract: A method can include detecting an activation of a networked device. The method can further include obtaining a hazard score corresponding to a degree of hazard associated with the networked device. The method can further include determining an activation confidence score corresponding to the activation of the networked device. The method can further include determining, based at least in part on the hazard score and the activation confidence score, an adjusted activation confidence score. The method can further include determining that the adjusted activation confidence score exceeds a threshold. The method can further include initiating a deactivation of the networked device in response to the determining that the adjusted confidence score exceeds the threshold.

  • Patent number: 11104993
Abstract: The invention is directed to a configurable vaporizer or ampoule assembly that uses a configurable vessel body, assembled from one or more support tray modules with their own individual heating assemblies or heater members, bounded by a base member and a lid member to form the whole ampoule. This eliminates the need for the prior art ampoule body that normally holds the support trays and was used to heat each of the support trays from the exterior surface using heating jackets or the like.

  • Publication number: 20210266731
Abstract: A method, computer system, and computer program product for protecting user confidentiality. Signal transmissions in a location in which a user is present are monitored by a computer system. A set of recording devices in an active state for recording the user in the location is identified by the computer system based on patterns in the signal transmissions monitored in the location. A set of alerts notifying the user of the set of recording devices in the active state for recording the user is generated by the computer system.

  • Patent number: 11016656
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for optimizing object placement on a touchscreen graphical user interface when a distracted user selects incorrect coordinates. Through a variety of sensors, a device with a touchscreen graphical user interface may be able to survey the surrounding environment and distinguish specific types of stimuli, that may distract a touchscreen user. The method includes calculating a user distraction score based on the surrounding stimuli and associates it the coordinates of an object on the touchscreen and detecting if the user touched the screen at the wrong location. The placement of the object a user intended to engage on the touchscreen graphical user interface is corrected to the location which the user expects the object to be, based upon the user distraction score and the touchscreen coordinates which the user initially engaged.

  • Publication number: 20210142423
Abstract: Trip classifying systems and methods include one or more servers communicatively coupled with a mobile device, one or more data stores, and a trip classifying device. The trip classifying device includes a housing, a processor, a wireless communication module, a speaker, a business selector, a personal selector, and a microphone. In response to a signal received from a mobile phone indicating that the trip has begun, the trip classifying device provides a notification to the driver to classify the trip. In response to receiving the user selection of the business selector, the system automatically initiates an audio recording for the driver to dictate a business purpose for the trip. The audio recording is transmitted to the mobile phone which initiates transcription and later displays the transcription on a user interface of the mobile phone. The trip classifying device may have no trip classifying selectors except the business and personal selectors.

  • Publication number: 20210099928
Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for improved wireless terminal roaming. In some embodiments, a management module determines access point density metrics for a plurality of centrally managed access points of a communications site. The density metric considers an average RSSI of access point signals received by other access points of the site, and each access point's contribution to the average. A determination of whether a particular wireless terminal roams is based on the density metrics of the source and target access point, as well as statistics relating to a current capacity of each of the access points. The disclosed embodiments may determine that a wireless terminal should transition/roam away from an access point even when that access point's RSSI value at the wireless terminal is above a threshold that would cause traditional methods to inhibit roaming.
