Abstract: The present invention provides compositions comprising optimized ratios of Red clover phytoestrogens as determined by a proprietary physiologically based pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic model. The compositions are useful for modulating, preventing or treating postmenopausal or climacteric symptoms, which include but are not limited to bone loss, bone remodeling, hot flushes and vaginal atrophy. The present invention also provides methods for modulating, preventing or treating postmenopausal or climacteric symptoms using the compositions disclosed herein.

Abstract: This disclosure is directed to, among other things, techniques to quickly replenish a capacitance of a laser diode driver circuit after an optical pulse, which can enable a burst of pulses (more than one pulse), such as to enable pulse coding. An energy reservoir circuit can be coupled to a laser diode driver circuit and to a power supply circuit and configured to store enough energy to fire the RD laser diode driver more than once. The energy reservoir circuit can act as an intermediate interface between the RD laser diode driver and the power supply circuit to better optimize the current requirements of each block.

Abstract: An electronic lock includes a latch assembly that includes a bolt that is movable between an extended position and a retracted position. The electronic lock includes a keypad for receiving a keypad input event. The electronic lock includes a processing unit being configured to control the movement of the bolt between the extended position and the retracted position responsive to receiving a valid keypad input event. The processing unit is configured to capture the keypad input event. Based at least in part on a characteristic of the keypad input event, the processing unit indicates if a tampering event exists. The characteristic includes at least one of an input location on the keypad, an input duration on the keypad, and an input timestamp.

Abstract: A method of training a custom hotword model includes receiving a first set of training audio samples. The method also includes generating, using a speech embedding model configured to receive the first set of training audio samples as input, a corresponding hotword embedding representative of a custom hotword for each training audio sample of the first set of training audio samples. The speech embedding model is pre-trained on a different set of training audio samples with a greater number of training audio samples than the first set of training audio samples. The method further includes training the custom hotword model to detect a presence of the custom hotword in audio data. The custom hotword model is configured to receive, as input, each corresponding hotword embedding and to classify, as output, each corresponding hotword embedding as corresponding to the custom hotword.

The processor is further configured to calculate at least one proactive network maintenance (PNM) metric for each of the first and second MIB, and determine, from the calculated PNM metric, that an ingress of the interfering signal is detected on the second occupied channel.

Abstract: Techniques that can prevent the low dropout (LDO) output voltage degradation that occurs with conventional LDO regulators, even with large LDO supply variations. An LDO regulator circuit can include another loop that is much slower than the main LDO regulator loop, concentrates the load regulation, and fixes the voltage regulation runaway problem due to the large supply variation with large frequency content. The LDO regulator circuit can include a negative feedback correction loop that corrects the LDO output by, in some examples, adding sink current to the main voltage regulation loop via a programmable current sink element.
