Abstract: The present invention provides compositions comprising optimized ratios of Red clover phytoestrogens as determined by a proprietary physiologically based pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic model. The compositions are useful for modulating, preventing or treating postmenopausal or climacteric symptoms, which include but are not limited to bone loss, bone remodeling, hot flushes and vaginal atrophy. The present invention also provides methods for modulating, preventing or treating postmenopausal or climacteric symptoms using the compositions disclosed herein.

Abstract: An electronic lock may be used to monitor and control access throughout a home. The electronic lock is preferably mounted to a main enter/exit door on the home as this provides a good point of contact for users entering and leaving the home. The electronic lock may monitor users, appliances, safety, and operation of interior doors. Access may be controlled and/or monitored by users with a mobile device or through any other similar device.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electro-mechanical lock assembly which illustratively includes a motor, a gear, a driver, a torque member, a housing, and a bezel. The motor is operable upon selective input. The motor is also coupled to the driver to engage both the gear and the housing when the motor is in operation. The bezel is attached to the gear such that when the driver is engaged with both the gear and the housing, manual rotation of the bezel will rotate the housing. The housing is attached to the torque member which is configured to move a latch such that when the bezel rotates the latch is moved.

Abstract: Data DNA modeling is used to represent data and the relationship this data has with other data. When an information access request from a user is detected, an asset DNA associated with the user is retrieved and analyzed against the information access request. Using the asset DNA, it can be determined whether the information access request is a normal request or a suspicious request. If the user is unknown, a generic asset DNA can be created and populated with the data from the information access request. The system checks the newly created asset DNA against other similar asset DNA to determine whether there is any abnormality associated with this newly created asset DNA.

Abstract: A door handle may be mounted to a door with concealed fasteners. The fasteners do not engage the door itself, but rather engage a top plate that is mounted to the door. The fasteners are inserted into a hidden portion of the door handle and generate an opposing force as they press against a bulging portion of the top plate to produce a force that retains the door handle in place. The force generated also urges the door handle into a bottom plate on an opposing side of the door handle. The bottom plate includes a first and second planar section. The second planar section of the bottom plate is received into a receiving slot of the door handle. As a result, the door handle is retained on the door without any visible fasteners.

Abstract: An adapter for either a handle set or a lever set door lever is equipped with a pair of springs to provide a pre-load on the spindle. The pre-load prevents sagging of the lever due to the large mass of the lever. A sleeve in the adapter is formed out of a compressible material that accepts the spindle in a press-fit configuration. This allows for greater manufacturing tolerances while still providing a solid and secure engagement between the spindle and the adapter. As a result, any free play in the lever is eliminated and the lever is maintained in a horizontal, home position when the lever is not in use. Following use through rotation of the lever, the springs promptly return the lever back to the home position while the sleeve prevents any slop or free-play in the lever's motion.

Abstract: A system and method that generate digests for data transactions provide non-repudiation of collected data. Meta data based on the Data DNA modeling are collected for all data transactions in a system. The digest of the data transactions is encrypted. A digest is also generated for user sessions and time periods. The digests are recorded as part of Data DNA records and can be used for validation of data transactions in the system.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for evolving a shared to-do list into a business process is disclosed. A business process includes one or more business steps and zero or more action rules related to the business steps. Members of a workgroup participate in the business process and are able to view, modify, add and delete business steps and action rules as needed. An action rule is comprised of one or more business actions and one or more events that trigger the actions to be executed. A computer program keeps track of the business steps, interprets the set of rules, and updates states of the business process, notifies the members and validates and accepts modifications by the members to the action rules of a business steps.

Abstract: In some embodiments, an apparatus and a system, as well as a method and an article, may operate to retrieve a parsing instructions file and a binary configuration file stored in a housing, parse the binary configuration file according to the parsing instructions file to determine configuration information, display at least some of the configuration information as part of a graphical user interface, receive a selection of some of the configuration information and corresponding changed parameter values of the configuration information, transform the binary configuration file into a transformed version of the binary configuration file, and transmit the transformed version of the binary configuration file to the housing as a replacement for the binary configuration file. Abstract: Disclosed are a lithium battery module imbalance rescue device and a wiring assembly installed in the lithium battery module and electrically connected to each series of lithium batteries. The lithium battery module imbalance rescue device contains plural charging modules, a power input conversion module and at least one power transmission port, and the power input conversion module is provided for electrically connecting an external power source and converting an inputted power to required voltage and current to be supplied to each charging module. The wiring assembly has least one electrical connector corresponsive to the power transmission port. During use, the electrical connector is plugged into the power transmission port, so that the charging modules are respectively and electrically coupled to the strings of lithium batteries to fully charge each series of lithium batteries and prevent charging imbalance to overcome the bottleneck of conventional applications.
