Abstract: A two-phase immersion cooling system for an integrated circuit assembly may be formed utilizing boiling enhancement structures formed on or directly attached to heat dissipation devices within the integrated circuit assembly, formed on or directly attached to integrated circuit devices within the integrated circuit assembly, and/or conformally formed over support devices and at least a portion of an electronic board within the integrated circuit assembly. In still a further embodiment, the two-phase immersion cooling system may include a low boiling point liquid including at least two liquids that are substantially immiscible with one another.

Abstract: The invention generally relates to medical imaging systems that instantly and/or automatically detect borders. Embodiments of the invention provide an imaging system that automatically detects a border at a location within a vessel in response only to navigational input moving the image to that location. In some embodiments, systems and methods of the invention operate such that when a doctor moves an imaging catheter to a new location with in tissue, the system essentially instantly finds, and optionally displays, the border(s), calculates an occlusion, or both.

Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to an environmental control system including a fluid driver configured to releasably couple to a buoyant module. In an illustrative example, in a deployment mode, the fluid driver may be brought into register with and releasably coupled to the buoyant module. The fluid driver, for example, be supported by the buoyant module in a body of water. A control unit may, for example, selectively provide energy to the fluid driver such that the fluid driver induces fluid to flow from the body of fluid to a reservoir by a conduit. The control unit may be configured to mechanically support the fluid driver in a stowage mode. Various embodiments may advantageously allow a user to selectively deploy a livewell environment control from a stowed mode into a deployed mode.
