Abstract: Methods of using an evaluation apparatus for pre-screening a material for use in an absorbent article are provided. The evaluation apparatus includes a simulated body part having a simulated skin substrate. The material is placed proximate the simulated skin substrate, and a predetermined amount of simulated physiological fluid is insulted into the material at a pre-measured location. After a predetermined time, the simulated skin substrate is removed from the body part and fluid loss measurements are taken.

Abstract: Controlling access to functionality within an installed software product. The invention includes an authorization module that dynamically references authorization information when specific functionality is requested by a requesting entity such as a user or an application program to determine if the requested functionality is authorized to be executed. Further, the invention dynamically provides an opportunity to the requesting entity to purchase unauthorized functionality. In this manner, functionality within the software product may be enabled or disabled at any time (e.g., during installation, post-installation, and re-installation).

Abstract: Distributing software image creation and configuration among a plurality of client computers. Server computers define jobs related to software image creation. Each of the client computers communicates with the servers to identify, accept, and complete jobs. The server and client computers maintain data structures indicating job availability and status. In the distributed build environment, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and system builders may easily modify, create, and image software in the factory to dramatically reduce resource consumption and time.

Abstract: A cable clip having a locking jaw structure capable of securing a coaxial cable for subsequent mounting to a surface is disclosed. The cable clip is formed with upper and lower jaw portions defining a cable-retaining opening adapted for receiving at least one cable therein. The jaw portions are connected so as to be generally configurable between an open configuration wherein at least one cable may be insertably received, and a closed configuration wherein the cable is received and secured within the clip body. An automatically engaging locking mechanism and interlocking teeth on the upper and lower jaw portions provide for the alignment of the jaws and securing of the cable prior to mounting. The upper and lower jaw portions each define a fastener-receiving aperture for securing the clip (and cable) to a mounting surface.

With a configuration file script, a user selects at least one of the staged programs for installation on the destination computer. The script further directs an installation utility to attach the selected program to complete the installation thereof on the destination computer and to detach the remaining programs not selected for installation.
