  • Publication number: 20200410423
Abstract: Generating workflows in response to new service requests. Process logs of different types of prior service requests are mined to extract workflows from the process logs of the prior service requests. The extracted workflows of the prior service requests are saved to a library of workflows. Upon receiving a new service request, one or more workflow recommendations are provided based on one or more of the extracted workflows of the library of workflows. A new workflow is generated for completing the new service request from the one or more workflow recommendations.

  • Patent number: 10847222
Abstract: A timing control circuit in an integrated circuit memory device. The circuit has an input line, a first output line and a second output line. The input line configured to receive a control signal for the timing control circuit to generate, a first selection input on the first output line and a second selection input on the second output line. In response to the control signal transitioning from a first state to a second state, the first selection input completes a first transition before the second selection input starts a second transition (e.g., for selection between 0V and ?4.5V); and in response to the control signal transitioning from the second state to the first state, the second selection input completes a third transition before the first selection input starts fourth transition (e.g., for selection between 5V and 1.2V). The sequential transitions avoid simultaneous selection of 5V and ?4.5V.

  • Publication number: 20200312489
Abstract: A grommet assembly includes a wire harness and a grommet including a hollow channel configured to receive the wire harness therein. At least one rib extends inwards from and substantially annularly about the interior surface of the hollow channel. At least one port configured to fluidly couple the hollow channel with an exterior environment is defined by the grommet. Material is injected into the channel through the port to secure the grommet relative to the wire harness. The material injected into the channel flows through interstices located between adjacent wires that define the wire harness so as to encapsulate the wires. The injected material also flows into other voids and openings located within the hollow channel. Upon setting, the injected material is configured to prevent movement of the grommet relative to the wire harness and to prevent the passage of contaminants through the grommet assembly.

  • Publication number: 20200245418
Abstract: A system and method for annealing a target substrate such as a semiconductor using industrial microwave heating and parallel plate reaction. Using a uniform microwave field, with the target substrate located between parallel plates controls application of eddy currents to the target substrate. The system may include a uniform microwave field generator, support elements, two plates held in parallel to each other, and a turntable device configured to rotate the two plates and the target substrate within the uniform microwave field. The rotating of the plates and target substrate in the uniform microwave field creates a periodic change in polarity of the microwaves applied to the target substrate. The eddy currents in the uniform microwave field react by flowing perpendicular to the plates, and not parallel to the surface as in traditional microwave reactions of metals. This redirection of the eddy currents provides even heating of the target substrate.
