    Abstract: The present invention provides an efficient ultrasonic phased array phase shift migration imaging method for the defect in a multi-layer structure, including the following steps: (1) transforming full matrix capture data of a multi-layer structure to a frequency-wavenumber domain by means of three-dimensional fast Fourier transform; (2) for any non-traversed layer in the multi-layer structure, extrapolating a surface wave field of the multi-layer structure to an upper interface of the non-traversed layer, to obtain wave field information of the non-traversed layer; (3) according to the obtained wave field information, performing focus imaging on the non-traversed layer in the frequency-wavenumber domain; and (4) repeating the steps (2) and (3), until all layers are traversed, to obtain an imaging result of the multi-layer structure.

The collimator cooperates with digital automatic exposure control (DAEC), so that a strict requirement is no longer existent for patient positioning.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a pyruvate-responsive biosensor and a construction method and use thereof. In the present invention, pyruvate-responsive biosensors with different dynamic ranges are successfully constructed by optimizing the PdhR binding sequence inserted on the P43 promoter and optimizing the insertion site, wherein the minimum increase in dynamic range is by 0.6 time, and the maximum increase is by 30.7 times. The pyruvate-responsive biosensors are useful in the precise control of the expression of each gene in the cell. Since pyruvate is a key metabolite of central carbon in the cells, these biosensors are capable of dynamically regulating the expression level of intracellular genes according to changes in the content of pyruvate in the cells, thereby achieving the dynamic control of intracellular metabolic flux. The pyruvate biosensor obtained in the present invention has a good specificity, and a response range to pyruvate of 10-35 nmol/g DCW.

This invention generates the double-liquid slurry preparation process including crushing-screening-milling-group mixing-grouped mixing at different speeds, the volume ratio of slurry I and II is 1:1-10:1 during grouting, and the slurry is injected into the shield void through the six-point position technology at the shield tail and 3+2+1 segment splicing synchronous grouting techniques.

The invention controls the d50, d85 and d95 of the material particles as 35-40, 42-48 and 50-55 ?m, respectively. Gold tailing with the particle size of 120-600 ?m being used as the fine aggregate, their volume fractions are 40-60%. The slurry production technique, comprising crushing-sieving-superfine ball milling-homogenization-particle size classification-variable speed mixing being developed.

    Abstract: A static random-access memory (SRAM) cell for high-speed content-addressable memory (CAM) and in-memory Boolean logic operations includes a standard 6T-SRAM and two additional PMOS access transistors, where read word lines of the two positive-channel metal oxide semiconductor (PMOS) access transistors P1 and P2 are RWLR and RWLL respectively, and under the control thereof, a differential read port RBL/RBL is formed. The SRAM cell is suitable for multi-row address selection, and typically applied to in-memory high-speed CAM and in-memory Boolean logic operations. Due to PMOS device characteristics, the structure design of the SRAM cell can avoid read disturbance generated by an in-memory SRAM, and ensure that the SRAM can perform in-memory CAM and in-memory Boolean logic operations stably at a high speed. In addition, this SRAM-based IMC solution supports commercial CMOS technology, and has an opportunity to leverage a large number of existing on-chip SRAM caches.

    Abstract: An autoinducer-2 (AI-2) molecular response-based starting element and an Escherichia coli (E. coli) dynamic regulation system and method constructed thereby are provided. A cell density-dependent starting element PJ23119-LsrR-PlsrA based on an AI-2 molecular response is constructed. The element can be used to self-induce the expression of dCpf1, and crRNAs of different target genes are further assembled, such that the self-inducible element can be used for dCpf1-CRP to achieve the dynamic regulation of genes in a synthesis pathway. In the present disclosure, vectors pACYDuet-PJ23119-LsrR-PlsrA-dCpf1-CRP, pRSFDuet-GFP-mCherry, and pETDuet-crRNA can be constructed to simultaneously achieve the transcriptional activation and inhibition of different genes. The construction method of recombinant E. coli in the present disclosure is simple and has promising application prospects.
