    Abstract: The application discloses a switching power supply with constant current output and a method for controlling constant current of a switching power supply, wherein the switching power supply comprises a detection circuit and a logic control chip, and the detection circuit is configured to output a feedback voltage. The feedback voltage is a sum voltage of a first voltage and a second voltage, and the second voltage represents output current of the switching power supply. The logic control chip is configured to receive the feedback voltage and compare the feedback voltage with a reference voltage. When the output current changes, the logic control chip changes turn on time of the switching power supply based on comparison result to control the output current constant.

    Abstract: This invention provides a low-temperature semen cryopreservation device, comprising: a box body for containing low-temperature cryoprotectant fluid; a tray, one end of which is pivotally connected to the inner side wall of the box body, and a limiting portion is provided on the tray for limiting the movement of the cryoprotectant tube. Two openings are sequentially arranged along the height direction on one side of the box body relative to the hinge end, with the height of one opening higher than that of the hinge end, and the height of the other opening lower than that of the hinge end; a limiting plate, which can be detachably inserted into either opening. When the limiting plate is switched from one opening to the other, the tray tilts to drive the cryopreservation tube to rotate 180 degrees, thereby ensuring the low-temperature cryoprotectant fluid to evenly fumigate the cryopreservation tube, improving the pre-cooling effect.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a salt-reduced fermentation method for high-salt dilute-state fermented soy sauce, and belongs to the technical field of fermentation engineering. The present disclosure separates and screens Weissella paramesenteroides JL-5 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JDF-2 which inhibit the growth of spoilage bacteria from low-salt soy sauce mash, and by changing the microbial fermentation process of high-salt dilute-state soy sauce, the strains obtained by screening are used for the fermentation of low-salt soy sauce mash. Without changing the flavor and quality of soy sauce, low-salt fermentation of the soy sauce is enabled to proceed normally, and the biogenic amine content is less than 100 mg L?1, and the number of spoilage bacteria in the soy sauce are reduced. The prepared low-salt soy sauce has an amino acid nitrogen content of greater than 1.2 g·100 mL?1, contents of various spoilage bacteria of less than 1.
