    Abstract: Disclosed are support-activators and catalyst compositions comprising the support-activators for polymerizing olefins in which the support-activator includes clay heteroadduct, prepare from a colloidal phyllosilicate such as a colloidal smectite clay, which is chemically-modified with a heterocoagulation agent. By limiting the amount of heterocoagulation reagent relative to the colloidal smectite clay as described herein, the smectite heteroadduct support-activator is a porous and amorphous solid which can be readily isolated from the resulting slurry by a conventional filtration process, and which can activate metallocenes and related catalysts toward olefin polymerization. Related compositions and processes are disclosed.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a pyruvate-responsive biosensor and a construction method and use thereof. In the present invention, pyruvate-responsive biosensors with different dynamic ranges are successfully constructed by optimizing the PdhR binding sequence inserted on the P43 promoter and optimizing the insertion site, wherein the minimum increase in dynamic range is by 0.6 time, and the maximum increase is by 30.7 times. The pyruvate-responsive biosensors are useful in the precise control of the expression of each gene in the cell. Since pyruvate is a key metabolite of central carbon in the cells, these biosensors are capable of dynamically regulating the expression level of intracellular genes according to changes in the content of pyruvate in the cells, thereby achieving the dynamic control of intracellular metabolic flux. The pyruvate biosensor obtained in the present invention has a good specificity, and a response range to pyruvate of 10-35 nmol/g DCW.

    Abstract: This invention discloses a double-liquid grouting slurry, its technology and application for super large diameter underwater shield engineering under high water pressure condition. The materials of slurry II are: 0.2-3.8 parts of short-cut fiber; 96-99 parts of sodium silicate solution; 0.8-4.8 parts of viscous polymers. This invention generates the double-liquid slurry preparation process including crushing-screening-milling-group mixing-grouped mixing at different speeds, the volume ratio of slurry I and II is 1:1-10:1 during grouting, and the slurry is injected into the shield void through the six-point position technology at the shield tail and 3+2+1 segment splicing synchronous grouting techniques.

    Abstract: A synchronous single-liquid grouting slurry, its technology and application for large diameter shield engineering under water-rich, high-pressure and weak soil strata conditions, comprising raw materials: 1050-1200 parts of gold tailing, 420-480 parts of silicate cement clinker, 220-240 parts of fly ash, 45-120 parts of waste clay brick, 65-95 parts of slag, 25-45 parts of limestone tailing, 70-80 parts of steel slag, 30-45 parts of silica fume, 15-22 parts of desulfurized gypsum, and 9-15 parts of quick-setting and early-strength composite additive. The invention controls the d50, d85 and d95 of the material particles as 35-40, 42-48 and 50-55 ?m, respectively. Gold tailing with the particle size of 120-600 ?m being used as the fine aggregate, their volume fractions are 40-60%. The slurry production technique, comprising crushing-sieving-superfine ball milling-homogenization-particle size classification-variable speed mixing being developed.

    Abstract: A static random-access memory (SRAM) cell for high-speed content-addressable memory (CAM) and in-memory Boolean logic operations includes a standard 6T-SRAM and two additional PMOS access transistors, where read word lines of the two positive-channel metal oxide semiconductor (PMOS) access transistors P1 and P2 are RWLR and RWLL respectively, and under the control thereof, a differential read port RBL/RBL is formed. The SRAM cell is suitable for multi-row address selection, and typically applied to in-memory high-speed CAM and in-memory Boolean logic operations. Due to PMOS device characteristics, the structure design of the SRAM cell can avoid read disturbance generated by an in-memory SRAM, and ensure that the SRAM can perform in-memory CAM and in-memory Boolean logic operations stably at a high speed. In addition, this SRAM-based IMC solution supports commercial CMOS technology, and has an opportunity to leverage a large number of existing on-chip SRAM caches.

    Abstract: An autoinducer-2 (AI-2) molecular response-based starting element and an Escherichia coli (E. coli) dynamic regulation system and method constructed thereby are provided. A cell density-dependent starting element PJ23119-LsrR-PlsrA based on an AI-2 molecular response is constructed. The element can be used to self-induce the expression of dCpf1, and crRNAs of different target genes are further assembled, such that the self-inducible element can be used for dCpf1-CRP to achieve the dynamic regulation of genes in a synthesis pathway. In the present disclosure, vectors pACYDuet-PJ23119-LsrR-PlsrA-dCpf1-CRP, pRSFDuet-GFP-mCherry, and pETDuet-crRNA can be constructed to simultaneously achieve the transcriptional activation and inhibition of different genes. The construction method of recombinant E. coli in the present disclosure is simple and has promising application prospects.

    Abstract: An anode gas purge control method for a proton exchange membrane fuel cell is disclosed. An anode water management structure is constructed, and an anode nitrogen concentration observer is used to control the anode water management structure to operate. Liquid water contained in gas of a fuel cell stack is taken out by controlling a hydrogen flow rate through a hydrogen circulating pump and removed through a second water-vapor separator. Liquid water precipitated by gas condensation is removed through a first water-vapor separator. A nitrogen concentration observed value is obtained by using the anode nitrogen concentration observer, a purge duration is obtained by using a purge continuation process model, and when the nitrogen concentration observed value reaches a nitrogen concentration threshold, the purge valve is opened and nitrogen is discharged. After the purge duration, the purge valve is closed, and next cycle is entered.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a genetically engineered strain for producing porcine myoglobin and fermentation and purification thereof, and belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering. The disclosure realizes efficient secretion and expression of porcine myoglobin by integrating the gene of porcine myoglobin in P. pastoris. On this basis, optimization of the medium and culture conditions of recombinant P. pastoris can significantly increase the titer of porcine myoglobin, so that the titer can reach 285.42 mg/L under fermenter conditions. In addition, by creatively adding different concentrations of ammonium sulfate to fermentation broth step by step, the purity of myoglobin obtained by final concentration is up to 88.0%, and the purification rate is up to 66.1%.
