Compared with a strain before transformation, the recombinant Bacillus subtilis of the disclosure improves the yield of the synthesized lacto-N-neotetraose from 720 mg/L to 1300 mg/L, laying a foundation for further metabolic engineering transformation of Bacillus subtilis for producing the lacto-N-neotetraose.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is a multi-target simultaneous charging method for a lithium battery pack: converting energy loss and charging current into a lithium battery pack charging cost model with a charging weight coefficient, and using an interior point method for solving and processing to acquire a preset charging current sequence; on the basis of the preset charging current sequence, calculating the charging time required when charging the lithium battery pack, and adjusting the charging weight coefficient in the lithium battery pack charging cost model by means of an adaptive momentum gradient descent algorithm to obtain the charging weight coefficient with the shortest charging time; using the charging weight coefficient to optimize the lithium battery pack charging cost model to acquire a new preset charging current sequence; and using the new preset charging current sequence to implement charging, thereby implementing optimized multi-target simultaneous charging of the lithium battery pack.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an efficient ultrasonic phased array phase shift migration imaging method for the defect in a multi-layer structure, including the following steps: (1) transforming full matrix capture data of a multi-layer structure to a frequency-wavenumber domain by means of three-dimensional fast Fourier transform; (2) for any non-traversed layer in the multi-layer structure, extrapolating a surface wave field of the multi-layer structure to an upper interface of the non-traversed layer, to obtain wave field information of the non-traversed layer; (3) according to the obtained wave field information, performing focus imaging on the non-traversed layer in the frequency-wavenumber domain; and (4) repeating the steps (2) and (3), until all layers are traversed, to obtain an imaging result of the multi-layer structure.
