A plurality of fans and a plurality of air inlet windows are uniformly provided on an inner roof. A plurality of wet curtains and an air vent are provided on the sidewall. Air outlet slots are uniformly provided on the inner wall. An underground exhaust bunker is provided under the floor. A vent pipe and a fan are provided on one side of the underground exhaust bunker. An air outlet is provided at an upper end of the vent pipe.

The device and corresponding method advantageously allows an increase in the amount of magnetic resonance information transmitted per unit frequency band.

This surge mixer is driven by gas and can provide occasional surges of water using large bubbles which are able to move great volume of liquid while minimizing dissolved oxygen transfer to the surrounding liquid. Use of the devices and processes herein provides a simple, eloquent approach to water and wastewater treatment with less operation and maintenance costs than conventional devices and/or processes. The same surge lifting device can also be installed in other reactors to mix the tank content and enhance reaction with reduced energy use and maintenance needs.

A counter begins counting when the actual voltage is lower than the nominal voltage, and keeps its count unchanged when the actual voltage is equal to the nominal voltage, and emits a signal corresponding to the count to a digital-to-analog converter, connected to a phase inverter, which converts the digital signal to a positive analog voltage. A phase inverter is connected to an output voltage reference terminal of the power supply unit, and inverts the phase of the analog voltage to produce a negative analog voltage that compensates voltage drop loss on a cable between the power supply and the load power-feed terminal.
