Abstract: Provided are a resin blend for forming a layer-separated structure, a pellet, a method of preparing a resin article using the same and a resin article. The resin blend may include a first resin, and a second resin that comprises a resin to which at least one organic functional group selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group having 2 to 20 carbon atoms, an alicyclic group having 5 to 40 carbon atoms and an aromatic group having 6 to 40 carbon atoms is introduced, that has a difference in melt viscosity from the first resin of 0.1 to 3000 pa*s at a shear rate of 100 to 1000 s?1 and a processing temperature of the resin blend, and that has a difference in glass transition temperature from the first resin of 10° C. to 150° C. The resin blend can improve mechanical and surface characteristics of a resin article. Further, since coating or plating is not required for manufacturing a resin article, a manufacturing time and/or cost can be reduced, and productivity can be increased.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for verifying a release of a local IP access (LIPA) packet data network (PDN) connection in a wireless communication system is provided. A mobility management entity (MME) receives a handover preparation message from a source home eNodeB (HeNB), verifying whether the LIPA PDN connection has been released or not on receiving the handover preparation message. If the LIPA PDN connection has been released already, the MME performs a normal handover procedure. If the LIPA PDN connection has not been released, the MME transmits a handover preparation failure message to the source HeNB.

Abstract: There are provided a multilayer ceramic electronic component and a fabrication method thereof. The multilayer ceramic component includes a ceramic main body in which internal electrodes and dielectric layers are alternately laminated; external electrodes formed on outer surfaces of the ceramic main body; intermediate layers formed on the external electrodes and including one or more selected from the group consisting of nickel, copper, and a nickel-copper alloy; and plating layers formed on the intermediate layers, whereby infiltration of a plating solution can be prevented.

Abstract: Various methods and apparatuses for transmitting packet downlink ACK/NACK information in a wireless communication are disclosed. A method of transmitting ACK/NACK information in Fast ACK/NACK reporting (FANR) mode in a wireless communication system is presented. The method comprises receiving a command from the network to operate in FANR mode, determining the ACK/NACK state for a number of uplink data blocks, transmitting an ACK/NACK signal for a downlink data block in an uplink control message, if it was determined that the ACK/NACK state is not an ACK state for at least a predetermined number of uplink data blocks.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a terminal with a module protecting feature and a module managing method. The terminal includes: a module execution management section that collects and manages information to execute modules; a module installation and deletion management section that collects and manages information relating to installation or deletion of the modules; and a history management section that detects an association relationship between the modules on the basis of the information, which is received by the module execution management section and the module installation and deletion management section, and determines an associated module which may be affected at the time of module execution by deletion of a specific module when the specific module is deleted on the basis of the detected association relationship.

Abstract: 2-arylbenzothiophene derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, a preparation method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for the diagnosis or treatment of degenerative brain disease containing the same as an active ingredient. Since the 2-arylbenzothiophene derivatives of Formula 1 have a relatively high binding affinity for ?-amyloid, they can be used as diagnostic reagents for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease at an early stage by non-invasive techniques when they are labeled with radioisotopes: wherein R1-R4, V, W, X, Y and Z are as defined in the Detailed Descript of the specification. Further, when the pharmaceutical composition containing the 2-arylbenzothiophene derivative binds with a low-molecular weight ?-amyloid peptide binding compound, generation of malignant high-molecular weight ?-amyloid deposits is minimized. Accordingly, the pharmaceutical composition can be used as a therapeutic agent of degenerative brain disease such as Alzheimer's disease.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of detecting a radio link failure in a wireless communication system is provided. A mobile station initializes a radio link failure (RLF) counter for detecting the radio link failure and determines whether decoding of a message on a downlink channel is successful. The mobile station decrements a value of the RLF counter if the decoding fails, and increments the value of the RLF counter if the decoding is successful, and declaring the radio link failure if the value of the RLF counter is less than or equal to a specific value. A decrement size of the value of the RLF counter varies according to a received signal strength of the downlink channel.

By using the above steps, a thinner solar cell module can be implemented while improving the manufacturing efficiency.

A mobile station determines whether first priority information for the first RAT is provided by the serving cell, and receives second priority information of a second RAT from the serving cell. The mobile station performs inter-RAT cell reselection based on the first and second priority information if the first priority information for the first RAT is provided. The mobile station performs cell reselection toward the second RAT based on measured values of cells of the second RAT without considering the second priority information if the first priority information for the first RAT is not provided.
