  • Patent number: 10616354
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to tracking events that result from a conversation on a messaging platform and that occur outside of the messaging platform. In one embodiment, the messaging platform may provide a user-selectable option that enables a first party or a second party to indicate that an event has occurred outside of the messaging platform. In another embodiment, the messaging platform may be configured to detect when a document is exchanged in a conversation via the messaging platform. In yet another embodiment, information may be extracted from a document exchanged in a conversation via a messaging platform. The extracted information may be used to determine whether an event has occurred outside of the messaging platform.

  • Publication number: 20200105509
Abstract: A processing chamber such as a plasma etch chamber can perform deposition and etch operations, where byproducts of the deposition and etch operations can build up in a vacuum pump system fluidly coupled to the processing chamber. A vacuum pump system may have multiple roughing pumps so that etch gases can be diverted a roughing pump and deposition precursors can be diverted to another roughing pump. A divert line may route unused deposition precursors through a separate roughing pump. Deposition byproducts can be prevented from forming by incorporating one or more gas ejectors or venturi pumps at an outlet of a primary pump in a vacuum pump system. Cleaning operations, such as waferless automated cleaning operations, using certain clean chemistries may remove deposition byproducts before or after etch operations.

  • Patent number: 10604892
Abstract: A string, rope, or strap with repetitively spaced openings/flexible eyelets from bifurcated braiding or weaving, or from cutting and sealing. The bifurcated openings are preferably created from a single rope or strap that is subsequently braided or weaved into two strings, ropes, or straps and then back into one. The frequent and periodic placement of these eyelets on the string, rope, or strap, allows the user to easily tie down items. The rope or strap is flexible enough to pull it in on its self, through its eyelets. The ends of the string, rope, or strap are finished into a hard tip.

  • Publication number: 20200092629
Abstract: Disclosed herein are electronic devices having a deformable surfaces through which a user can provide inputs to the device by applying a force such as a pinch or a squeeze. A particular embodiment is an earpiece with the deformable surface part of an elongate section extending from an earbud. The deformable surface includes an incompressible hyperelastic material and a pressure sensor. The pressure sensor includes a pressure sensing element and a void defined between the pressure sensing element and the incompressible hyperelastic material. An applied force is transferred by the incompressible hyperelastic material to compress the void and change an internal pressure thereof. The changed pressure is detected by the pressure sensor, and can result in changed operation of the electronic device.

  • Patent number: 10592931
Abstract: An application associated with an online system that presents content to a user via a client device determines content associated with an additional advertisement for presentation via the client device based on whether the additional advertisement is installed on the client device. If the application has been installed on the client device, content associated with the additional advertisement includes a link that, when selected, executes the application and configures the application to operate in s specific state. However, if the application has not been installed, content associated with the additional application includes a link that, when selected, retrieves information for installing the application. If the link to install the additional application is selected, the client device may be monitored to determine when the additional application has been installed.

  • Publication number: 20200060719
Abstract: A support apparatus for supporting a trocar while the trocar extends through a body wall of a patient includes an inflatable collar and a slidable abutment collar commonly connected for engagement onto the trocar following which the slide collar is released to slide along the trocar. The inflatable collar is inflated to a set size by a manually operable pump on the slidable collar operated by squeezing finger abutments together up to a latch so that threaded portion expels the inflation fluid. The abutment member is shaped to be received on an outer surface of the trocar and adjustable longitudinally of the trocar sleeve so as to be located at a selected position by a manually movable latch collar. The inflatable collar and slidably collar are held connected by a manually operable release.

  • Patent number: 10564968
Abstract: First and second types of vector load instruction are provided. For the first type, a response action is performed when an exceptional condition is detected for a load operation performed for a first active data element of at least one vector register, but when the exceptional condition is detected for an active data element other than the first active data element, the response action is suppressed and element identifying information is stored identifying the element which caused the exceptional condition. For the second type, the response action is suppressed and the element identifying information is stored when the exceptional condition arises for any active data element. This approach is useful for allowing loop speculation and loop unrolling to be used together to improve performance of vectorised code.

  • Patent number: 10529302
Abstract: Systems and methods for display. Program instructions of a client application are accessed. The client application is an application of a client device that is located within a viewable region of a display device. Display output of a first display system application is generated by executing the accessed program instructions. A first absolute position of the client device is determined. A display area for the display output of the display system application is determined. A first pixel region of the display device is determined. The first display region corresponds to the determined display area and the first absolute position of the client device. The display output of the display system application is displayed by using the determined first pixel region.

  • Patent number: 10521232
Abstract: A data processing apparatus comprises a processing circuit and instruction decoder. A bitfield manipulation instruction controls the processing apparatus to generate at least one result data element from corresponding first and second source data elements. Each result data element includes a portion corresponding to a bitfield of the corresponding first source data element. Bits of the result data element that are more significant than the inserted bitfield have a prefix value that is selected, based on a control value specified by the instruction, as one of a first prefix value having a zero value, a second prefix value having the value of a portion of the corresponding second source data element, and a third prefix value corresponding to a sign extension of the bitfield of the first source data element.
