  • Patent number: 12387851
Abstract: The method comprises a first device recording audio data responsive to a wireless proximity contact event with a second device and performing a first Fourier transform on the recorded audio data. The first device sends the first Fourier transform to the second device and receives a second Fourier transform of audio data recorded concurrently by the second device in response to the wireless proximity contact event. The first device, computes a cross correlation of the Fourier transforms and finding a maximum of the cross correlation that constitutes an exposure score. The first device compares the exposure score to a specified threshold that determines whether or not users of the first and second devices have had unacceptable exposure to each other and outputs the exposure score and a binary threshold result.

  • Patent number: 12387856
Abstract: A method of handling spent nuclear fuel assemblies immerses the spent nuclear fuel assemblies in water in a relatively short time period when compared to traditional methods. A spent nuclear fuel assembly is removed from a nuclear reactor, an inert gas is applied to the fuel assembly, moisture content in the inert gas is gradually increased as it is applied to the fuel assembly, and the fuel assembly is immersed in water. The fuel assembly is immersed relatively quickly, within about 2 hours or less, which improves safety and allows normal processing and handling equipment to care for the fuel assembly. The fuel assembly may then be loaded into a cask for long-term storage and/or disposal.

  • Patent number: 12387041
Abstract: A system for theming is disclosed. A transformer receives a plurality of sampled thought objects and a prompt from a theming computer. The prompt is designed to provide context data, format requirements, and instructions for theme assignment. The plurality of thought objects comprises text present in data from communication environments and the prompt requests the transformer to assign themes to each thought object. An object-theming transformer with a list of themes determines the probability score for mapping a thought object to a list of themes. When an associated probability score is above a threshold, the thought object is assigned to a known theme. In an embodiment, un-themed thought objects (not mapped to known themes) are provided to a topic identification transformer to generate theme names. The themes assigned and/or generated by the theming transformer and topic identification transformer are displayed on a graphical user interface.

  • Patent number: 12386662
Abstract: A method for allocating resources for a machine learning model is disclosed. A machine learning model to be executed on a special purpose machine learning model processor is received. A computational data graph is generated from the machine learning model. The computational dataflow graph represents the machine learning model which includes nodes, connector directed edges, and parameter directed edges. The operations of the computational dataflow graph is scheduled and then compiled using a deterministic instruction set architecture that specifies functionality of a special purpose machine learning model processor. An amount of resources required to execute the computational dataflow graph is determined. Resources are allocated based on the determined amounts of resources required to execute the machine learning model represented by the computational dataflow graph.

  • Patent number: 12386842
Abstract: Systems and methods receive control signal(s) representing a UI input provided via an actionable GUI input component depicted via a GUI of a computer screen, the UI input indicating the user's need for an entity object, accessible via an entity, to be personalized for the user. Stored user data of the user stored to data storage location(s) is accessed that includes both attribute data associated with the user and resource data associated with a resource currently possessed by the user. Data analysis is performed on entity objects each having object attributes, the data analysis including evaluating the object attributes relative stored user data, identifying entity objects available to the user, and ranking the entity objects. Interactive UI input components associated with entity object content are generated and display, via the GUI, is initiated, the entity object content including a selection of ranked entity objects available to the user.

  • Patent number: 12385600
Abstract: A support apparatus for securing a portable electronic device includes a backer plate, a plurality of coupling devices, a power supply tray, a pivotable bracket assembly, a pair of stiffening plates, a pivot axis rod, a locking feature, and a securement strap. The plurality of coupling devices couple to the backer plate and can be coupled to one or more existing structural support elements. The power supply tray secures a stationary power supply electrically coupled to the portable electronic device. The pivotable bracket assembly secures and enables rotation of the portable electronic device. The pivot axis rod pivotally connects to the pivotable bracket assembly, and rigidly connects to the opposing stiffening plates. The locking feature selectively retains the pivotable bracket assembly in an upright vertical position. The securement strap couples the front of the pivotable bracket assembly to the backer plate while securing the top of the portable electronic device.

  • Patent number: 12388895
Abstract: In various example embodiments, a system and method for automated data reconciliation processing is presented. The system receives a data movement request with a first status indicator and appends a unique request code to the data movement request. The system causes presentation of the data movement request at a client device and receives a movement response from a second server via a network. The system modifies the first status indicator of the data movement request to a second status indicator to provisionally reflect the receipt of the movement response and verifies the indication of movement from a receiving entity.

  • Patent number: 12389274
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for alleviating congestion of data traffic in a wireless network in a cell site. The methods determine congestion levels for respective data connections from mobile computing devices to a network through a cell tower in a cell site. The method further determines a congestion level associated with the cell site based on a weighted aggregate of varying congestion levels associated with the respective data connections in the cell site. The disclosed technology includes flow policies associated with congestion levels. The flow policies determine weights used for determining the weighted aggregate and maximum network bandwidth enforced for the respective data connections. The disclosed technology identifies data connections that consume abnormally high amount of network bandwidth and throttles with bias against data traffic associated with these data connections with heavy traffic.
