  • Publication number: 20230063864
Abstract: In one embodiment, a processing device receives a first digital fingerprint of a media item along with a first content management rule. The processing device separately receives a second digital fingerprint of the media item along with a second content management rule. The processing device determines that the received digital fingerprints are for the same media item based upon a match between the first digital fingerprint and the second digital fingerprint. The processing device determines that all rights to the media item have been accounted for, and then determines a set of actions to be performed for hosted media items comprising the media item based at least in part upon the first content management rule and the second content management rule. Processing logic may also perform a conflict resolution process for conflicting rights claims to the media item.

  • Patent number: 11591401
Abstract: Provided herein are novel anti-CD28×anti-B7H3 (also referred to as “?CD28×?B7H3”) heterodimeric bispecific antibodies and methods of using such antibodies for the treatment of cancers. Subject ?CD28×?B7H3 antibodies are capable of agonistically binding to CD28 costimulatory molecules on T cells and targeting to B7H3 on tumor cells. Thus, such antibodies selectively enhance anti-tumor activity at tumor sites while minimizing peripheral toxicity. The subject antibodies provided herein are particularly useful for enhancing anti-tumor activity when used in combination with other anti-cancer therapies.

  • Patent number: 11593798
Abstract: A new approach is proposed to support instant merchant activation for secured in-person payment at a point of sale (POS) of a merchant. When a customer initiates an in-person payment request at a payment initiation device associated with the merchant, the payment initiation device collects both sensitive and non-sensitive portions of electronic payment transaction data for the request and encrypts the sensitive data portion for secured transmission. A payment gateway in the payment transaction process relays the data and the payment request to a payment processor for approval by an issuer and transmits only the non-sensitive portion of the data to a payment service engine for risk analysis if the payment request is approved by the issuer. The payment service engine determines if the payment request is at high risk based on risk analysis of non-sensitive portion of the data and notifies the payment initiation device and/or merchant accordingly.

  • Publication number: 20230054962
Abstract: A forceps includes an end effector assembly having a stop and a plurality of overmold teeth within at least one jaw member. One (or both) of the jaw members is moveable relative to the other between a spaced-apart position and an approximated position for grasping tissue therebetween. One (or both) of the jaw members includes a stop molded within an insulative housing, and an insulator plate with the overmold teeth formed from plastic. The overmold teeth extend through openings within a sealing plate and protrude past the tissue sealing surface of the sealing plate. The stop primarily controls the gap distance between opposing jaw members by bearing most of an applied load and the overmold teeth assist in controlling the gap distance by bearing the remaining applied load.

  • Patent number: 11584101
Abstract: An apparatus includes a first electrode exhibiting a first Seebeck coefficient, a second electrode exhibiting a second Seebeck coefficient greater than the first Seebeck coefficient, and particles between the first and second electrodes exhibiting a third Seebeck coefficient between the first and second Seebeck coefficients. An alternating current power supply is electrically connected to the first and second electrodes. Heat is generated due to the Peltier effect at a junction between the first electrode and the particles and at a junction between the second electrode and the particles. Heat is removed due to the Peltier effect at the junction between the first electrode and the particles and at the junction between the second electrode and the particles. The particles are densified due to heating and cooling phase transitions between a higher-temperature solid phase and a lower-temperature solid phase while compressing the particles.
