  • Patent number: 10750008
Abstract: Methods and systems described in this disclosure receive a call from a caller, generate a first session through a first channel associated with the caller when the call is received and then send a request for authentication credentials to a device associated with the caller. In some embodiments, sending the request for authentication credentials generates a second session through a second channel associated with the caller. The caller can be authenticated to the first session using communication received during the second session through the second channel.

  • Publication number: 20200249906
Abstract: The embodiments herein provide a system connected to a casket to play an audio file selected by a user. The system includes an above-ground unit arranged to lead down into the casket. The above-ground unit includes a wireless module, controller, first speakers, light-emitting devices (LEDs), solar panel, and second speakers. The wireless module establishes a wireless connection with a computing device of the user. The controller facilitates the user to initiate the wireless connection on receiving a push gesture through buttons. The first speakers are configured within an amplifier chassis to generate audio data corresponding to the audio file through the computing device. The LEDs indicate the power status of the system and the connection status of the wireless module. The solar panel generates direct current (DC) electricity. The second speakers generate the audio data corresponding to the audio file selected by the user through the computing device.

  • Patent number: 10735824
Abstract: A server may receive metadata associated with specific content in a transport signal stream from a content information service. The metadata may identify a point in time of the transport signal stream. The server may instruct an encoder to insert a marker into the transport signal stream corresponding to the point in time of the transport signal stream. The marker may indicate control of a trick mode to be enforced by a delivery platform subsequent to the point in time of the transport signal stream. The server may record the marker in a data store associated with the server.

  • Publication number: 20200230526
Abstract: Methods of preparing liquid exchanged biological fractions are provided. Aspects of the present disclosure according to certain embodiments include introducing a biological sample into a centrifugation container having a buoy, subjecting the biological sample to a force of centrifugation to produce two or more fractions in the biological sample, collecting a first fraction of the biological sample from the container and introducing a liquid exchange fluid into the container to produce a liquid exchanged fraction that is a mixture of the liquid exchange fluid and a second fraction of the biological sample. Compositions having a liquid exchanged platelet-rich fluid and kits for practicing embodiments of the subject methods are also provided. Methods for applying compositions having a liquid exchanged platelet-rich fluid to a body site of the subject are described.

  • Patent number: 10656907
Abstract: Embodiments are directed to methods and systems for deriving automation instructions. In one scenario, a computer system derives automation instructions by performing the following: rendering a user interface (UI) based on information from an information source and receiving natural language inputs from a user, where the natural language inputs specify an element description and an action type for UI elements rendered in the UI. The method also includes identifying UI elements in the UI that match the element descriptions in the natural language input and whose actions are performable according to their specified action type, and mapping the natural language inputs into executable code using information that corresponds to the identified UI elements.

  • Patent number: 10628831
Abstract: In an example, a method for implementing a disclosure message requirement may include operations to detect a condition requiring an output of the disclosure message and to control output of the disclosure message, in a communication session that follows a process workflow. The process workflow may be modified to include pausing further actions in the process workflow, outputting of the disclosure message in the communication session, and then resuming actions in the process workflow in response to successfully outputting the entire disclosure message to a customer user. In some examples, the communication session involves a telephone call session between a customer service agent and a customer. In some examples, user interface functions related to the process workflow are disabled and then enabled, to prevent the agent from proceeding in the process workflow for a product or service until the disclosure has been successfully output.

  • Publication number: 20200036707
Abstract: Secure communications are provided between a user computing device and a server computing device. An enrollment request is received from a user computing device that is configured via a distributed client software application and is processed. The enrollment request is usable to enroll the user computing device in a network and includes an encrypted partial initial biometric vector associated with a user. An authentication request is processed that is subsequently received that includes an encrypted partial second biometric vector and that is associated with a user of the user computing device. A comparison of the encrypted partial initial biometric vector and the encrypted partial second biometric vector is performed, and a value representing the comparison is generated and transmitted to the user computing device. The user computing device is authenticated where the value is above a minimum threshold.
