    Abstract: A method and a system for selecting a pre-coding matrix in a closed loop MIMO system are provided. The method includes: traversing all pre-coding matrices and respectively calculating a CINR corresponding to each pre-coding matrix; and obtaining an MCS according to a CINR corresponding to a pre-coding matrix, calculating a spectral efficiency corresponding to the MCS, and selecting a pre-coding matrix with a largest spectral efficiency. According to the method and system provided by the present disclosure, an appropriate pre-coding matrix can be selected. By using the appropriate pre-coding matrix in the closed loop MIMO system, the channel quality, the throughput of a closed loop multiplexing system in the scenario that the channel changes slowly, and the gain can be improved. Besides, the method of the present disclosure can avoid calculation of the BER formula on the premise of a large number of assumptions, and reduce the computation complexity.

Said method includes that a Mobility Management Entity (MME) receives the voice capabilities and settings reported by User Equipment (UE) (101); the MME generates a Radio access type/Frequency of Selection Priority (RFSP) index according to the subscribed RFSP index, the voice capabilities and settings reported by said UE, and the operator's configuration policies (102); when the MME determines that said generated RFSP index is different from the RFSP index in use, it replaces the RFSP index in use with said generated RFSP index (104); the MME informs the Radio Access Network (RAN) of said generated RFSP index (105). The present invention overcomes the problem that the transmission of the new RFSP index in use can not be finished under the condition that the UE is in an idle state, the UE has no uplink data, and the MME does not receive the notification of the downlink data.

    Abstract: A method, system and device for sending Closed Subscriber Group (CSG) information are disclosed by the embodiments of the present invention, and the method includes the following steps: when CSG information of a User Equipment (UE) changes, a mobility management entity acquires the changed CSG information of the UE; the mobility management entity sends the changed CSG information to a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) entity, which charges the UE according to the changed CSG information of the UE. In the present invention, the changed CSG information is carried in messages sent from the mobility management entity to a gateway, so that the PCRF can be notified of the changed CSG information. Therefore, the PCRF can charge according to the changed CSG information, and the problem is solved that the CSG information can not be reported to the gateway.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and pavement structure for protecting highway subgrade in frozen soil areas. The pavement structure has two or more pavement layers having gradient thermal conductivity; the thermal conductivity is layered among the pavement layers and is lowered from top to bottom, so that the pavement forms a uni-directional thermal conducting tunnel from the subgrade to the air. Heat can be easily released from the subgrade into the air, and is prevented from being transferred from the air to the subgrade. In this way, the frozen soil layer beneath the subgrade is cooled, so that the frozen soil table is made stable, and the highway subgrade in frozen soil areas is protected.

The water flows through one side of resistance film-substrate to take away the heat produced by resistor. The resistor adopts insulated cooling. The thermal resistance between resistor and water is extremely low, and the heat transfer area is also large, the temperature of the resistor declines greatly at the same power. It makes the high power water-cooling resistor have high power to volume ratio; its power can be up to 6 kW under adequate water flow condition. It is suitable for high power condition. The inside space of resistor body is large, so there are some advantages when water cut off is test.
