    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices are described for wireless communication. A modem processor of a user equipment (UE) may receive a switch indication directing the modem to utilize a designated SIM and may access identification (ID) information from the SIM, including ID information for a network operator. The modem processor may then retrieve a stored access point name (APN) associated with the network operator and establish a connection to the data network identified by the stored APN. In some cases, the APN may be stored in the modem processor after a successful connection to the data network using the designated SIM. In some cases, the UE may also identify a network priority rule associated with the network operator of the SIM and establish the connection to the data network based on the priority rule.

    Abstract: An exemplary power distribution system includes multiple power modules and a controller. The multiple power modules are coupled in parallel to supply power to a load. The controller is configured to provide a total number of the power modules and unique numbers to each member of the power modules. At least a member of the multiple power modules is set up to independently determine its own ON status and OFF status based on the total number and the unique numbers when the power distribution system is in operation, wherein an ONthreshold in association with a corresponding unique number is determined to decide its own ON status. A method for operating the power distribution and an energy distribution system are also described.

Disclosed are a method and device for shunting IP streams during 3GPP access switching; after having received a command for 3GPP access switching transmitted by a source 3GPP access device, a user equipment (UE) determines the IP streams to be transferred, and then performs 3GPP access switching and IP stream transferring at the same time, thus improving IP stream transferring efficiency. In addition, the IP streams to be transferred contain an IP stream capable of being transmitted via WLAN access after a target 3GPP access device fails to allocate resources to a bearers for transmitting the IP stream, thereby avoiding service interruption due to bearer loss, and thus improving the QoS ensurance for the service.

The source eNB may notify the target eNB based on a handover request of the UE, wherein the target eNB reports the location information after the UE is handed over to another serving cell, so that the target eNB can report the location information of the UE to the MME during the handover procedure of the serving cells.

The present invention overcomes the problem that the transmission of the new RFSP index in use can not be finished under the condition that the UE is in an idle state, the UE has no uplink data, and the MME does not receive the notification of the downlink data.

    Abstract: A method and a system for selecting a pre-coding matrix in a closed loop MIMO system are provided. The method includes: traversing all pre-coding matrices and respectively calculating a CINR corresponding to each pre-coding matrix; and obtaining an MCS according to a CINR corresponding to a pre-coding matrix, calculating a spectral efficiency corresponding to the MCS, and selecting a pre-coding matrix with a largest spectral efficiency. According to the method and system provided by the present disclosure, an appropriate pre-coding matrix can be selected. By using the appropriate pre-coding matrix in the closed loop MIMO system, the channel quality, the throughput of a closed loop multiplexing system in the scenario that the channel changes slowly, and the gain can be improved. Besides, the method of the present disclosure can avoid calculation of the BER formula on the premise of a large number of assumptions, and reduce the computation complexity.
