  • Publication number: 20120009952
Abstract: A method for processing a conflict of communication service procedures and associated devices are provided, which are used to solve the problem that the user equipment (UE) receiving the circuit switching (CS) domain paging message conflicts with initiating the Non-Access Stratum (NAS) procedure by itself. Said method includes that: the UE receives a first paging message from the network side equipment; when the UE judges the first paging message is a CS domain paging message and that the UE itself is about to initiate an original Non-Access Stratum (NAS) procedure, the UE ignores the first paging message and initiates the original NAS procedure.

  • Publication number: 20110294523
Abstract: A paging method and device are disclosed, and the technical solution includes: determining to page an user equipment (UE) by using international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI), and before the paging, judging whether tracking area identity list (TAI List) of the UE is stored, and if the judgment result is “no”, then paging the UE in the tracking area (TA) served by the base station connected with the local area. Adopting the technical solution enables to effectively resolve the problem of uncertainness of paging an UE in which TAs, wherein the problem exists in the existing technology, and happens when mobility management entity (MME) pages the UE by using IMSI during the process of network error recovery.

  • Patent number: 8057554
Abstract: Described is a lithium-ion battery spacer having a spacer board with two operably coupled apertures disposed therethrough. The operably coupled apertures can be tapered to further facilitate smooth passage of a cathode or anode tab therethrough and secure such tab thereby minimizing tilting or shorting of the tab. Accordingly, the spacer leads to safer and more efficient production of the lithium-ion battery.

  • Publication number: 20110243659
Abstract: The present invention provides a method and pavement structure for protecting highway subgrade in frozen soil areas. The pavement structure has two or more pavement layers having gradient thermal conductivity; the thermal conductivity is layered among the pavement layers and is lowered from top to bottom, so that the pavement forms a uni-directional thermal conducting tunnel from the subgrade to the air. Heat can be easily released from the subgrade into the air, and is prevented from being transferred from the air to the subgrade. In this way, the frozen soil layer beneath the subgrade is cooled, so that the frozen soil table is made stable, and the highway subgrade in frozen soil areas is protected.

  • Publication number: 20110116478
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for obtaining bearer condition during a handover of UE. The method includes: receiving, by a mobile management entity (MME), information of at least one bearer allowed to be accepted by a target base station (eNB) when the eNB makes an admission control for a UE based on received bearer information of the UE during handover of the UE; updating, by the MME, a UE-AMBR used by the target eNB based on the received at least one bearer. The present invention also provides an MME which enables the target side obtain actual bearer condition during handover of a UE.

  • Publication number: 20110098048
Abstract: A method for reporting location information of user is disclosed in the present invention, which is configured for achieving the report of a location information of User Equipment (UE) during the procedure that UE is handed over to another serving cell, and includes the following steps: a source evolved Node Base (eNB) initiates a handover procedure; during the handover procedure, the source eNB sends the location reporting information to a target eNB, the target eNB acquires the location information of UE based on the location reporting information and reports it to a Mobility Management Entity (MME) corresponding to the target eNB. According to the present invention, it is possible for the source eNB to notify the target eNB based on a handover request of UE that the target eNB should report the location information after the UE is handed over to another serving cell, so that the target eNB can report the location information of UE to MME during the handover procedure of the serving cells.

  • Publication number: 20110058521
Abstract: The present invention discloses a user information notifying method, system and apparatus. In the present invention, a MME obtains RAT/Frequency Selection Priority information of UE, and notifies an eNodeB of the information. According to the method, system and apparatus of the present invention, the eNodeB can obtain the RAT/Frequency Selection Priority information of the UE, and further perform Radio Resource Management according to the information, thereby improving system performance.

  • Publication number: 20070166788
Abstract: Provided are methods for production of cell surface receptor (CSR) and ligand isoforms. In particular, isoform fusions that a precursor sequence for secretion, processing and intracellular trafficking are provided. Nucleic acid molecules encoding the fusions are expressed in a host cell and the encoded and partially or completely processed encoded CSR or ligand isoforms is produced in the cell culture medium. The resulting polypeptide optionally includes an epitope tag for the detection and/or purification thereof.

  • Publication number: 20070078985
Abstract: A method for preventing an illegal user from logging in an online application with an authentic user's user log-in information is provided in the present invention. The system associates user log-in information with personal communication device information specified by the authentic user. In response to receiving the user log-in information inputted by a user, the system retrieves the personal communication device information associated with the user log-in information, and sends a short message to the personal communication device to notify the authentic user of the logging operation. If no confirming message is received from the authentic user, log in is rejected.

  • Publication number: 20020127557
Abstract: The present invention provides a method in which cDNAs that encode signal sequences for secreted or membrane-associated proteins are isolated using a fusion protein that directs secretion of a molecule that provides antibiotic resistance, e.g., &bgr;-lactamase. The present method allows the isolation of signal peptide-associated proteins that may be difficult to isolate with other techniques. Moreover, the present method is amenable to throughput screening techniques and automation, and especially in validating the presence of the signal sequence via expression of the protein in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. This invention provides a powerful and approach to the large scale isolation of novel secreted proteins.
