A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, control signaling for communications in a wireless communications system. The control signaling may indicate a first duration for an inactivity timer. The UE may initiate the inactivity timer and a second timer based on identifying a period of inactivity. The second timer may have a second duration that is shorter than the first duration for the inactivity timer. In some examples, the second duration may be based on one or more parameters, such as a display status, a battery status, a scaling factor, the first duration, an application state, or any combination thereof. The UE may release a connection for the communications in the wireless communications system based on an expiration of the second timer, an expiration of the inactivity timer, or a combination thereof.

At least part of a first micro-nano grating structure is provided on a side of the electron transport layer away from the base substrate, such that at least part of a second micro-nano grating structure is provided on a side of the first electrode away from the base substrate. The first micro-nano grating structure and the second micro-nano grating structure can reduce the wave vector in the waveguide effect plane, thus effectively reducing the wave vector in the plane. When the wave vector in the plane is smaller than the wave vector in the free space, the plasma mode will be excited to convert into an emittable mode, thus effectively extracting the emitted light.

A battery pack in the energy storage tank on each triangular floater is one energy storage unit. The energy storage unit are controlled to switch between four control modes according to the system's needs to ensure stable operation of the system.
