    Abstract: This application provides an encoding method. The encoding method includes: first, splitting obtained to-be-encoded data into phase data and amplitude data according to a preset rule; then, obtaining a constellation diagram corresponding to the to-be-encoded data, where the constellation diagram includes a plurality of constellation points, the plurality of constellation points include a constellation point with an amplitude value of 0, each constellation point has a corresponding probability value, and the probability value indicates an occurrence probability of the corresponding constellation point; then, performing probabilistic constellation shaping encoding on the amplitude data based on the constellation diagram and the probability value corresponding to each constellation point, to obtain at least one group of symbol sequences; and then combining the at least one group of symbol sequences and the phase data, and then performing encoding, to obtain output data.

Some embodiments include cleaning of the nanofiltration membranes that is realized by using forward osmosis as a nanofiltration membrane cleaning system, and cyclic regeneration of the nanofiltration membranes can be realized, so that the purposes of removing dissolved organic matters in micro-polluted raw water, reducing hardness of calcium and magnesium and prolonging the service life can be achieved.

In other aspects of the disclosure, a primary SIM is established which can only perform certain tasks. In still other aspects of the disclosure RRC connection establishment and release of a dual-SIM UE can be performed by using on the primary connection to send common configuration, and using both connection for different configurations.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may coordinate and improve data flows between wireless communication networks based on messaging between a modem processor and an application processor. In a first example, the modem processor may control the splitting of traffic between a first wireless communication network (e.g., a cellular network) and a second wireless communication network (e.g., a Wi-Fi network). The modem processor may establish a multiple access session (e.g., a multiple access protocol data unit session) that includes a session for each wireless communication network, and route traffic (e.g., communications with a network entity) based on access traffic steering, switching, and splitting (ATSSS) rules. In a second example, the application processor may control the traffic splitting. The application processor may obtain the ATSSS rules from the modem processor, and route traffic accordingly.

The second timer may have a second duration that is shorter than the first duration for the inactivity timer. In some examples, the second duration may be based on one or more parameters, such as a display status, a battery status, a scaling factor, the first duration, an application state, or any combination thereof. The UE may release a connection for the communications in the wireless communications system based on an expiration of the second timer, an expiration of the inactivity timer, or a combination thereof.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a quantity of handoffs that are performed between two or more radio access technologies (RATs) during a time period. The UE may determine whether the quantity of handoffs exceeds a handoff threshold within the time period. The UE may reduce a rate of handoffs when the UE determines that the quantity of handoffs exceeds the handoff threshold within the time period. The UE also may select one of the RATs to camp on and maintain the wireless connection when the UE determines that the quantity of handoffs exceeds the handoff threshold. The UE may determine which RAT to camp on based on handoff count information, handoff total connection time information, or contextual awareness information.
