Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A multicast architecture may support flexible change between unicast and multicast operations and may support additional traffic types (e.g., Internet Protocol and Ethernet traffic). For example, the multicast architecture may include transmitting data over a shared multicast radio bearer (MRB) and/or specific data radio bearers (DRBs), a multicast user plane function (UPF) for supplying the multicast data to a base station, multicast data from different radio access networks (RANs), protecting the multicast data through creating a group key, ciphering the multicast data sent on the MRB using the group key, and transitioning the multicast data from a source RAN to a target RAN.

Abstract: An apparatus for wireless communication is provided. The apparatus may be a user equipment (UE). The apparatus receives a token from a first server in an edge data network. For example, the first server may be an edge application server (EAS). The apparatus transmits identification information associated with the apparatus to a second server of the edge data network. For example, the second server may be an edge enabler server (EES). The identification information includes at least the token, an identifier of the apparatus, and an identifier of the first server, wherein the identifier of the apparatus is independent of an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the apparatus.

Abstract: A polyurethane urea fiber or film is made having high elongation, low modulus, low hysteresis loss, and excellent clastic recovery. The clastic polyurethane clastic fiber or film is formed from a copolymer glycol, a diisocyanate, a chain extender and optionally a chain terminator. The hard segment content of the polyurethane fibers is in the range of 8.0-13.0% by weight.

Abstract: A second network entity/RAN entity may transmit to a first network entity/ADRF, and the first network entity/ADRF may receive from the second network entity/RAN entity, first information associated with a RAN. The first network entity/ADRF may store, at the first network entity/ADRF, the first information associated with the RAN. The first network entity/ADRF may transmit to the second network entity, and the second network entity may receive from the first network entity/ADRF, a response indicative of storage of the first information at the first network entity/ADRF. The first network entity/ADRF may receive, from a third network entity, a request for second information associated with the RAN. The first network entity/ADRF may transmit, to the third network entity, at least some of the second information associated with the RAN based on the request for the second information.

Abstract: A light emitting device includes: a first electrode layer, a first dielectric layer, a first luminescent layer, a second luminescent layer, a second dielectric layer and a second electrode layer that are arranged sequentially in stack; a source electrode and a drain electrode, wherein the source electrode and the drain electrode are arranged in a same layer, and are both located between the first luminescent layer and the second luminescent layer; and an insulating layer provided in the same layer as the source electrode and the drain electrode, and located between the source electrode and the drain electrode. By controlling the two electrode layers separately, the two luminescent layers may separately and independently emit light. By providing different materials of the luminescent layers, the effect of light emission of multiple mixed colors or the effect of an increased light intensity may be realized.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-readable media, for tracking network traffic for local area network (LAN) subnets in a wireless wide area network (WWAN). In some implementations, a UE of the WWAN may assign a unique public IP address to each router of the LAN. The UE may transmit network traffic received from the LAN to the WWAN. The network traffic originating from any router of the LAN may be associated with the unique public IP address that was assigned to that router. The WWAN may use the unique public IP addresses to generate network traffic information that may indicate amounts of network traffic flowing from each router of the LAN. The WWAN, for example, may use the network traffic information to determine billing information for any router in the LAN.

Abstract: A circuit board includes an inner wiring substrate and a first side plate. The inner wiring substrate includes a plurality of first connection pads at a side. The first side plate is disposed on the inner wiring substrate and defines a plurality of first holes exposing the first connection pads. Each first hole includes a first end facing the first connection pad and a second end facing away from the first connection pad. A central distance between two adjacent first connection pads is greater than a center distance between two second ends of two adjacent first holes. The first holes are filled with first conductive bodies, each first conductive body is electrically connected to the first connection pad and extends out of the first hole to form a connection portion. A method for manufacturing the circuit board and a display module are also disclosed.

Abstract: Aspects relate paging message management for a wireless communication device having multiple subscriber identity modules (SIMs), where a first SIM is active and a second SIM is inactive. A Radio Access Network (RAN) paging message is received and processed for the second SIM of the wireless communication device. A busy indication message including an establishment cause value for the busy indication message is generated in response to the RAN paging message. The busy indication message may be transmitted to a wireless communication network to pause or halt further paging messages in accordance with the busy indication message.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a network entity (e.g., a consumer network entity) to request data and/or analytics (e.g., AI/ML analytics, AI/ML inference, etc.) from another network entity (e.g., a RAN) via a core network or a function associated with the network (e.g., an NWDAF of the core network). In one aspect, a core network entity receives, from a first network entity, an analytics request. The core network entity transmits, to a second network entity, a data collection request based at least in part on the analytics request. The core network entity receives, from the second network entity, a data collection response based on the data collection request. The core network entity transmits, to the first network entity, an analytics response based at least in part on the data collection response.

Abstract: A blood sample platelet uniform-mixing device for a blood analyzer includes a vortex oscillation device, the vortex oscillation device includes a fixing assembly, a rotating assembly and a vibrating assembly. The fixing assembly is used for fixing sample test tubes. The rotating assembly includes a rotating motor and a rotating disc. A rotating shaft of the rotating motor is connected with the rotating disc, the rotating disc is matched with the fixing assembly. A central axis of each of the sample test tubes fixed on the fixing assembly deviates from the rotating shaft of the rotating motor. An access and mobility management function (AMF) associated with a first radio access network (RAN) may identify a user equipment (UE) connected to a source base station of the first RAN. The AMF may receive a handover message including a voice call continuity handover trigger message indicating a handover of the UE to a target base station associated with a second RAN. In some examples, the AMF may transmit a bypass handover message to a second network device based a on the received handover message. In some cases, the bypass handover message may include the voice call continuity handover trigger message. In some examples, the second network device is a mobility management entity (MME) associated with an Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN).
