  • Publication number: 20250067154
Abstract: Regulating downhole fluid flow through a plurality of valves to treat wellbore sections while also allowing for production to continue. If it is determined that fluid flow through a valve of a plurality of valves is below a threshold, maintaining fluid flow through the below threshold valve may be maintained while restricting fluid flow through other valves of the plurality. This restriction fluidly isolates a section of a well from other sections of the well. Once isolated, a treatment substance may be injected through the below threshold valve into the isolated section of well. Afterwards, the closed valves may be reopened while restricting fluid flow through the treated section valve for a threshold period of time, the treated section valve may then be reopened after the threshold period of time.

  • Publication number: 20250067768
Abstract: The disclosure relates to determining information about a target structure formed on a substrate using a lithographic process. In one arrangement, a cantilever probe is provided having a cantilever arm and a probe element. The probe element extends from the cantilever arm towards the target structure. Ultrasonic waves are generated in the cantilever probe. The ultrasonic waves propagate through the probe element into the target structure and reflect back from the target structure into the probe element or into a further probe element extending from the cantilever arm. The reflected ultrasonic waves are detected and used to determine information about the target structure.

  • Patent number: 12230398
Abstract: A method is disclosed of predicting cancer patient response to immune checkpoint inhibitors, e.g., an antibody drug blocking ligand activation of programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) or CTLA4. The method includes obtaining mass spectrometry data from a blood-based sample of the patient, obtaining integrated intensity values in the mass spectrometry data of a multitude of pre-determined mass-spectral features; and operating on the mass spectral data with a programmed computer implementing a classifier. The classifier compares the integrated intensity values with feature values of a training set of class-labeled mass spectral data obtained from a multitude of melanoma patients with a classification algorithm and generates a class label for the sample. A class label “early” or the equivalent predicts the patient is likely to obtain relatively less benefit from the antibody drug and the class label “late” or the equivalent indicates the patient is likely to obtain relatively greater benefit from the antibody drug.
