    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a light-emitting component, including forming an auxiliary electrode and a first electrode arranged at an interval on a base substrate; depositing, by means of a mask with a hollow area, a light-emitting layer on the base substrate on which the auxiliary electrode and the first electrode are formed; and forming a second electrode on the base substrate on which the light-emitting layer is formed. The light-emitting layer covers at least part of the first electrode, and at least a partial area of the auxiliary electrode is exposed outside the light-emitting layer.     Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-dimensional analysis method for a tripping risk of a whole transmission line due to a lightning shielding failure. A quantity of thunderstorm days, a tower size, a terrain proportion, an altitude, and insulation configuration data are collected for a transmission line for which a tripping risk due to a lightning shielding failure needs to be analyzed, and a striking distance, an exposure distance, a lightning resisting level of the line after altitude factor correction, and a lightning shielding failure risk of a single-base tower are calculated in turn. Characteristics of a lightning shielding failure under different nominal heights, quantities of thunderstorm days, and terrains are studied. Representative combination conditions are selected to calculate a tripping risk of a typical tower due to the lightning shielding failure. A weight coefficient is extracted, to calculate a tripping risk of the whole line due to the lightning shielding failure.

A semiconductor channel structure is formed in the channel hole. The semiconductor channel structure includes a memory layer following a profile of a sidewall of the channel hole. The plurality of first layers are removed to form a plurality of tunnels. Portions of the memory layer are removed, through the tunnels, to divide the memory layer into a plurality of disconnected sub-memory portions.

The wear-resistant steel of the invention has better surface quality, and there are no surface defects such as air pit, inclusion, hemp pit and pressed iron oxide scale. The depth of surface spots caused by the peeling off iron oxide scale is ?0.1 mm, and the surface grinding of steel plate cannot be carried out. Based on element design, non-preheating welding and excellent toughness can be further realized.
