    Abstract: A method and device for constructing a legal knowledge graph based on joint entity and relation extraction. The construction method comprises the following steps: constructing a triple data set; design of a model architecture and training of a model, wherein the model architecture comprises an encoding layer, a head entity extraction layer and a relation-tail entity extraction layer; determination of the relation between the sentences of the text; triple combination and graph visualization. The design of the model framework of the present disclosure adopts a Chinese Bert pre-training model as an encoder. In the entity extraction part, two BiLSTM binary classifiers are used to identify the start position and end position of an entity. The head entity is first extracted, and then the tail entity corresponding to the entity relation is extracted from the extracted head entity.

    Abstract: A quick release mounting adaptor includes a mounting adaptor and a head screw. The mounting adaptor that attaches to a tripod or monopod includes a main body, a threaded opening, and a quick release female coupler. The head screw that attaches to a device includes a threaded shaft and a quick release male coupler. The threaded opening concentrically traverses into the main body. The quick release female coupler is concentrically integrated into the main body. The threaded opening and the quick release female coupler are oppositely positioned of each other about the main body. The threaded shaft and the quick release male coupler are adjacently connected to each other. The head screw is compressionally attached to the mounting adaptor through the quick release male coupler and the quick release female coupler as the threaded shaft attaches with the device and the threaded opening attaches with the tripod or monopod.

    Abstract: A solar panel racking system that can include end clamps, mid clamps, bottom clamps, L-foot adapter assemblies, rails, and L-foot assemblies. The solar panel racking system minimizes the use of tools by snapping many of the mounting components in place. The end clamps, mid clamps, and bottom clamps can snap over the rail sides and lock into upper detented portions of the rail sides. The upper detented portions are structured to prevent upward movement of the end clamps, mid clamps, and bottom clamps. The L-foot adapter body of the L-foot adapter assembly snaps over lower detented portions of rail sides and secures the rail to an L-foot assembly. The end clamps, mid clamps, bottom clamps, rails, and L-foot adapter assemblies are independent of the L-foot assembly, allowing a selection of L-foot assemblies to be used as appropriate with the solar panel racking system.

According to the method, a time difference is used to change the measurement mode, and the four readings of the 59th and 90th samples are read in a cycling manner; and a novel test method is provided on the premise of ensuring quality, thus greatly improving the efficiency of a particle analysis test and meeting production requirements.

The common-mode noise of the three-phase conversion mode can be reduced, and the three-phase conversion mode can be controlled within a larger bus voltage regulation range.

An analysis of the corresponding signals is conducted to determine a measurement of topic cohesion, a topic cohesion score, between the content item and the hyperlinked landing page. A cohesion predictor model is trained to generate the predictive topic cohesion score between an input content item and a hyperlinked landing page. Upon a determination that the topic cohesion score is less than a predetermined threshold, remedial actions are taken regarding the hyperlink of the content item. Alternatively, positive actions may be carried out, including promoting the content item to others, associating advertisements with the content item, and the like.
