  • Patent number: 6514861
Abstract: A semiconductor process for manufacturing a wafer. First, a previously predicted process rate and a previously measured process rate are provided by a process tool. Next, a presently predicted process rate is obtained by a first linear equation having a first variable weighting factor using the previously predicted process rate and the previously measured process rate as variables. Next, a process time is obtained according to the presently predicted process rate and a predetermined process target to input to the process tool. Finally, the wafer is manufactured according to the process time by the process tool.

  • Patent number: 6508931
Abstract: A process for the production of white oil includes adding a supercritical fluid (propane, butane or carbon dioxide) to the base oil and hydrogen injected into a reactor for hydrogenation. The base oil and supercritical fluid use high-pressure injector pumps as the feed system. The feed system for hydrogen uses a high-pressure compressor to compress hydrogen from a hydrogen tank to a storage tank, then a mass flow controller is used to steadily feed the hydrogen. A static mixer mounted in line, upstream from the inlet of the reactor mixes the reactant well. Several thermocouples are connected to the reactor, inlet and outlet of said reactor to measure the temperatures of the reaction. The detected data from the thermocouples are transferred to a six-point thermograph. The pressure of the reaction is maintained by a back pressure regulator that is mounted downstream from the outlet of said reactor. After the hydrogenation reaction is complete, the pressure of the fluid in the outlet of the reactor is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20010019949
Abstract: A transmission apparatus with reduced current consumption for a mobile terminal is disclosed. The transmission apparatus includes an automatic gain control (AGC) amplifier for AGC-amplifying an input baseband signal; an attenuator for attenuating an output signal of the AGC amplifier; a multiplier for multiplying an output signal of the attenuator by a carrier frequency signal to convert the signal into a radio frequency (RF) signal; a first filter for filtering an output signal of the multiplier; a drive amplifier for amplifying an output signal of the first filter; a second filter for filtering an output signal of the drive amplifier; a power amplifier for amplifying an output signal of the second filter; and an antenna. When output power of the mobile terminal is lower than predetermined maximum output power of the AGC amplifier, the output signal of the AGC amplifier is transmitted through the multiplier, the first filter and the antenna.

  • Patent number: 5298670
Abstract: Polytetramethylene ether glycols (PTMEG) are fractionated with liquid propane in an extractor under high pressure. Fractions are separated by altering the extraction pressure, which alters the solvent power of the propane. The polydispersities of all extracted PTMEG fractions are generally below 1.3. The addition of a cosolvent, preferably tetrahydrofuran, can effectively lower the initial extraction pressure and increase the efficiency of the extraction.
