  • Patent number: 6527571
Abstract: Terminal fittings 30 are capable of moving in a direction perpendicular to a direction of joining of a coil unit 10 are located on a connector unit 20. Electric wires 40 have portions insulation 42 thereof removed, thus exposing conducting wires 41 which lie on a bent path. If terminal members 16 and terminal fittings 30 show a dislocation in position when the two units 10 and 20 are to be joined together, the exposed portion of the conducting wires 41 bends, and the terminal fittings 30 change position, thereby correcting the dislocation in position and allowing the terminal members 16 to fit without hindrance.

  • Patent number: 6254412
Abstract: An electrical connecting configuration is able to accommodate large variations in assembly tolerances. Terminal fittings 35 are composed of electrically conductive fixed terminals 36, these fixed terminals 36 being fixed to electric wires 32 and being fixed on a connector unit 20, and movable terminals 37. The movable terminals 37 maintain a contacting state with the fixed terminals 36 and being capable of moving in a direction perpendicular to a direction of joining of two units 10 and 20. If terminal members 16 and the terminal fittings 35 show a dislocation in position when the two units 10 and 20 are to be joined together, the terminals 37 within the terminal fittings 35 change position, thereby absorbing the dislocation in position and allowing the terminal members 16 to fit without hindrance.

  • Patent number: 6140901
Abstract: To produce a coil device in which fewer components are required, a plurality of coils 20 are attached to an attachment base 10, leading wires 24 of each coil 20 being attached to terminal fittings 30A and 30B of a connector member 13, and a feeder connector C being fitted with the connector member 13. Electricity is distributed to each coil 20 along a path of feeder electric wires W, the feeder connector C, the connector member 13, and leading wires 24. The leading wires 24 of the plurality of coils 20 are attached as a single unit to the single connector member 13. Since the feeder connector C is attached to this connector member 13, fewer components are required compared to the case in which each coil 20 is provided with an individual connector member.

  • Patent number: 5856010
Abstract: A surface-treated plastic film having a surface coating layer formed on at least one surface of a plastic film, which has a spreading index of aqueous and alcohol inks of 1.0-1.2, respectively, at the surface coating layer side thereof, and an ink jet recording material. The surface-treated plastic film of the present invention having respective spreading indices of aqueous and alcohol inks of 1.0-1.2 allows less spreading of the aqueous ink of ballpoint pens, is superior in writability and offset printability, and is extremely useful as a synthetic paper. In addition, the use of such surface-treated plastic film enables production of an ink jet recording material permitting high grade recording.
