  • Patent number: 9404500
Abstract: A pumping system includes a pump for moving water. In one aspect, this is in connection with performance of an operation. The system includes a variable speed motor operatively connected to drive the pump. A value indicative of flow rate of water is determined and the motor is controlled to adjust the flow rate indicative value toward a constant. A value indicative of flow pressure is determined and the motor is controlled to adjust the flow pressure indicative value toward a constant. A selection is made between flow rate control and flow pressure control. In another aspect, the pump is controlled to perform a first operation, and is operated to perform a second water operation. Control of operation of the pump to perform the first water operation is altered in response to operation of the pump to perform the second operation.

  • Publication number: 20160038405
Abstract: A water soluble micronutrient composition that infuses vitamins and minerals into coffee and tea designed to maximize bio-absorption in consideration of pH levels, temperature and caffeine. The composition contains water-soluble and oil-soluble vitamins and minerals in bioavailable forms contained in a composition consisting of 1-50% of a vitamin blend with 1-35% of one or more minerals selected from the group consisting of calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper and manganese, 10-55% citric acid, 5-35% of one or more alkali or alkaline earth metal bicarbonates or carbonates, 1-20% flavoring agent, 0.1-2% of a sweetening agent. When dissolved in liquid a specific amount of micronutrients are infused into the drink by way of a soluble, bioavailable form in the amount of approximately 25-100% of the US RDA of multiple vitamins and trace minerals along with a desired flavor to enhance the coffee, tea or other liquid.

  • Publication number: 20140015181
Abstract: Disclosed is a two station positioner for positioning work pieces for mounting and working at the same time. A first arm positioner can be located in a mounting position for mounting a work piece on the first arm positioner, while the other arm positioner is located in a working position, where another work piece can be welded or machined. The first positioning arm, in the mounting position, is sufficiently low to allow workers to mount the work piece without the use of elevated platforms. A pedestal exchange platform can then be indexed to place the first positioning arm with the mounted piece in the working position and the other positioning arm in the mounting position. In this manner, workers can mount work pieces while other work pieces are being worked. In the working position, the positioning arm is rotated on a horizontal axis, which reduces programming complexity for robotic welders or machines.
