  • Publication number: 20200372775
Abstract: A method, device and system for simulating the presence of humans includes the method steps of defining activity attributes as input data and defining user preferences as input data. As an output, a time sequence for simulated activities is generated, while the method, device and system should provide an exceedingly realistic simulation of the presence of humans for any application where occupancy simulation is advantageous. This is reached in that user preferences are matched with attributes of activity respectively in that a control unit of a device or within a system is configured to match user preferences with attributes of activity for the generation of the sequence list for simulated activities.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for providing targeted marketing to goods and services provides and consumer resource management services to consumers. An example system and method for targeted marketing comprises collecting transaction data from point-of-sale (POS) terminals and using a consumer identifier in the transaction data to access stored information about the consumer. This information may be used to target offers and advertisement to the consumer. In an example system for consumer resource management, a consumer may configure a consumer account on the enterprise infrastructure via a web-site. The consumer may use the consumer account to purchase and configure gift cards that may be used for purchasing goods and services. A universal transaction identifier may be associated with the consumer account and used to purchase goods and services from more than one selected goods and services providers.

  • Publication number: 20200117345
Abstract: A collaboration server enables users that are members of a network to upload, access, and edit clauses. The server provides, for viewing to a user, a clause on a user interface. In addition, the server can provide a one-click feature on the user interface that, when selected by a user, copies the clause while maintaining the formatting of the clause. When an additional user edits the clause, an updated version of the clause can be provided for viewing on an updated user interface. Here, the server disables the one-click feature of the prior version of the clause and provides a new one-click feature for the updated version of the clause. Therefore, each user that has access to the clause can avoid mistakenly working with an outdated version of the clause.

  • Publication number: 20190279480
Abstract: Disclosed is a computer system for alerting emergency services. The system comprises a monitoring device, a physical symptom device, a transmitter, a processor, and memory. The memory stores a predetermined baseline for one or more vital signs of a patient, a physical symptom baseline, each physical symptom baseline corresponding to a device of the physical symptom device. The memory stores instructions that cause the monitoring device to measure vital signs of the patient, compare the vital sign(s) to the respective predetermined baseline for the one or more vital signs, and if the measured vital sign(s) exceed the predetermined baseline, detect one or more physical symptoms corresponding to the physical symptom baseline. The instructions cause the processor to compare the one or more physical symptoms to the respective physical symptom baseline, and initiate contact of emergency services using the transmitter, if at least one of physical symptoms deviates from the respective physical symptom.
