  • Patent number: 7418948
Abstract: A stator core of a motor arrangement includes six cores, which are arranged one after another in a circumferential direction. A bobbin, which is made of dielectric resin, is fitted to each core. Each coil is formed such that a winding is wound around the bobbin through a concentrated winding technique. Dielectric resin is filled between each circumferentially adjacent two teeth to cover each coil. Furthermore, the dielectric resin is molded to form clearances, each of which is formed between the corresponding circumferentially adjacent two teeth on a rotor side. Fuel, which is pressurized by a pump arrangement, passes an interior of the motor arrangement through a fuel passage, which is a gap between an inner peripheral surface of the stator core and an outer peripheral surface of the rotor, and also through the clearances.

  • Publication number: 20070103014
Abstract: A stator of an electric motor includes coil cores, bobbins and coils. The coil cores include six coil cores, which are arranged at equal angular intervals in a circumferential direction. The bobbins respectively cover outer peripheral surfaces of the coil cores, and the coils are respectively wound around outer peripheral surfaces of the bobbins. Among the six coils, each diametrically opposed two coils are electrically connected to each other through the corresponding connection line. Positioning members displace positions of the connection lines from one another, so that interference between the connection lines and interference between the connection line and the coils are limited.

  • Publication number: 20070086905
Abstract: A fuel pump includes a stator core that has teeth being circumferentially arranged. Coils are formed by concentrically winding a wire around each of the teeth. The coils circumferentially generate magnetic poles in inner circumferential peripheries of the teeth when being supplied with electricity. The magnetic poles being switched by controlling electricity supplied to the plurality of coils. A rotator has an outer circumferential periphery opposed to the inner circumferential peripheries. The outer circumferential periphery defines magnetic poles different from each other with respect to a rotative direction thereof. A pump portion that has a rotor member rotated by the rotator for pumping fuel. An electrically insulative resin material is charged between the teeth, which are circumferentially adjacent to each other, thereby being molded such that the electrically insulative resin material covers the plurality of coils.

  • Patent number: 7069914
Abstract: A fuel feed apparatus including a sub-tank is received in a fuel tank having multiple tank sections. Multiple jet pumps respectively transfers fuel received in the tank sections into the sub-tank. Therefore, even if a fuel amount received in a single tank section decreases, fuel can be steadily supplied from another tank section. Intermediately pressurized fuel in a fuel pump is supplied to the jet pumps, so that fuel can be steadily supplied to the jet pumps regardless of fuel consumption amount in an engine. Fuel is drawn from an upstream side of a pressure regulator, and supplied to the jet pump. The pressure regulator has an urging unit, and controls fuel pressure without using a diaphragm. Therefore, the pressure regulator is simplified and downsized.
