    Abstract: A light source module includes a light-emitting device, a light guide pipe, a wave plate, and a polarizer. The light-emitting device emits a beam. The light guide pipe includes a recessed curved surface, an output surface, a first convex surface, and a second convex surface. The recessed curved surface faces the light-emitting device. The output surface is opposite to the recessed curved surface. The first convex surface connects the recessed curved surface with the output surface. The second convex surface connects the recessed curved surface with the output surface and is opposite to the first convex surface, wherein the beam enters the light guide pipe through the recessed curved surface, and leaves the light guide pipe through the output surface. The wave plate is disposed on a path of the beam from the output surface. The polarizer is disposed on a path of the beam from the wave plate.

    Abstract: A method includes forming a multi-layer stack comprising dummy layers and semiconductor layers located alternatingly, and forming a plurality of dummy gate stacks on sidewalls and a top surface of the multi-layer stack. A first source/drain region and a second source/drain region are formed in the multi-layer stack, with the second source/drain region overlapping the first source/drain region. The method further includes replacing the plurality of dummy gate stacks with a plurality of replacement gate stacks, replacing a first one of the plurality of replacement gate stacks with a first dielectric isolation region, forming a deep contact plug in the space, forming a front-side via over the deep contact plug, and forming a back-side via under the deep contact plug, wherein the front-side via is electrically connected to the back-side via through the deep contact plug.

    Abstract: A domain adaptive systolic-array-processor is presented with 256 programmable cores in a 12 nm CMOS for wireless communication workloads. The domain adaptive processor uses a globally homogeneous but locally heterogeneous architecture, decode-less reconfiguration instructions for data streaming, single-cycle data communication between functional units (FUs), and lightweight nested-loop control. This disclosure shows how configuration flexibility and fast program loading allows a wide range of communication workloads to be mapped and swapped in sub-?s, supporting continually evolving communication standards such as 5G. The domain adaptive processor achieves 507 GMACs/J and a peak performance of 264 GMACs.

    Abstract: A glass lightproof and sun-shading heat insulation film that is pasted to use repeatedly, belongs to the technical area of a protective film and includes a thermal-insulation surface film. A bottom of the thermal-insulation surface film is a soft statics adsorption film, and a bottom of the soft statics adsorption film is a protective base film. In pasting the heat insulation film, there is no need to use a sticker to connect the glass to the heat insulation film. Therefore, the probability of leaving the sticker on the glass surface is reduced, which decreases the difficulty in pasting the film and lowers the difficulty in cleaning the old heat insulation film. The products of glass heat insulation film can be accepted and used by more people, and when a car is flooded abruptly or falls into water accidentally, a user can break the glass window more easily to survive.
