  • Publication number: 20220350817
Abstract: One or more techniques and/or computing devices are provided for non-disruptively establishing a synchronous replication relationship between a primary volume and a secondary volume and/or for resynchronizing the primary volume and the secondary volume. For example, a baseline snapshot and one or more incremental snapshots of the primary volume are used to construct and incrementally update the secondary volume with data from the primary volume. A dirty region log is used to track modifications to the primary volume. A splitter object is used to split client write requests to the primary volume and to the secondary volume. A synchronous transfer engine session is initiated to processing incoming client write requests using the dirty region log. A cutover scanner is used to transfer dirty data from the primary volume to the secondary volume. In this way, a synchronous replication relationship is established between the primary volume and the secondary volume.

  • Publication number: 20220353762
Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure relate to apparatuses and methods for implementing techniques for support mobility in a wireless network for user equipments (UEs) with varying capabilities. A UE can receive a first system information from a serving base station, where the first system information includes a UE capability condition associated with a neighbor base station, and determine whether a UE capability meets the UE capability condition associated with the neighbor base station. When the UE capability condition is met, the UE can determine whether a first measurement of a first reference signal received from the serving base station and a second measurement of a second reference signal received from the neighbor base station satisfy a threshold condition. When the threshold condition is met, the UE can obtain a second system information from the neighbor base station, indicating the UE has performed handover to the neighbor base station.

  • Publication number: 20220351704
Abstract: An electronic device such as a cellular telephone or other device may have a housing with front and rear faces joined by a sidewall. A display may be mounted on the front face. The electronic device may include multiple ambient light sensors such as a front ambient light sensor on the front face and one or more supplemental ambient light sensors on the rear face and/or on the sidewall. The front ambient light sensor gathers a front ambient light intensity measurement and the supplemental ambient light sensor gathers a supplemental ambient light intensity measurement. During operation, control circuitry in the electronic device adjusts the display brightness based on data from the ambient light sensors. The control circuitry may implement power saving restrictions that limit when the supplemental ambient light intensity measurement is taken into account and/or that impose a brightness cap on the display brightness.

  • Publication number: 20220353296
Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for providing recommendations for sets of security operations for improving security of documents created or executed within an online document system. A supplier entity may select sets of security operations to be performed for a request provided to a signing entity. The online document system computes an aggregate measure of security for the selected sets of security operations and compares it to a threshold measure of security. If the aggregate measure is less than the threshold measure, the online document system uses a machine-learned model to identify additional sets of security operations that when added, results in an updated aggregate measure of security greater than the threshold. The additional sets of security operations are presented to the supplier entity for inclusion within a security operation workflow in combination with the selected sets of security operations.

  • Publication number: 20220353166
Abstract: In one embodiment, a service tracks performance of a machine learning model over time. The machine learning model is used to monitor one or more computer networks based on data collected from the one or more computer networks. The service also tracks performance metrics associated with training of the machine learning model. The service determines that a degradation of the performance of the machine learning model is anomalous, based on the tracked performance of the machine learning model and performance metrics associated with training of the model. The service initiates a corrective measure for the degradation of the performance, in response to determining that the degradation of the performance is anomalous.

Abstract: A method for performing multi-functional image restoration by an electronic device with a trained Machine Learning (ML) model is provided. The method includes receiving an image and determining channels of the image, and determining whether a number of restructuring needed for the channels is one. When the restructuring needed for the channels not one, then the method includes restructuring each channel into a first channel set, generating first inferences of the image corresponding to each channel by feeding the first channel set to the trained ML model, and generating a final inference image by combining the first inferences. When the number of restructuring needed for the channels is one, then the method includes restructuring the channels into a second channel set, and generating a second inference of the image by feeding the second channel set to the trained ML model.
