    Abstract: Some embodiments of the invention provide a method for forwarding packets through an SD-WAN. To facilitate the forwarding of packets between first and second regions of the SD-WAN, said first and second regions having respective first and second hub routers forwarding packets between respective first and second sets of edge routers of respective first and second sets of sites of the first and second regions, the method directs (1) the first set of edge routers to establish connections to the first and second hub routers, and to use the first hub router as a next-hop to initiate communications with the second set of edge routers, and (2) the second set of edge routers to establish connections to the first and second hub routers, and to use the second hub router as a next-hop to initiate communications with the first set of edge routers.

    Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide a system that detects sensor anomalies in a univariate time-series signal. During a surveillance mode, the system receives the univariate time-series signal from a sensor in a monitored system. Next, the system performs a staggered-sampling operation on the univariate time-series signal to produce N sub-sampled time-series signals, wherein the staggered-sampling operation allocates consecutive samples from the univariate time-series signal to the N sub-sampled time-series signals in a round-robin ordering. The system then uses a trained inferential model to generate estimated values for the N sub-sampled time-series signals based on cross-correlations with other sub-sampled time-series signals. Next, the system performs an anomaly detection operation to detect incipient sensor anomalies in the univariate time-series signal based on differences between actual values and the estimated values for the N sub-sampled time-series signals.

The formed tessellations are periodically tessellated in a design domain to form different tessellated lattice structures. The Functionally Tessellated (FT) lattice structures composed of different tessellations by interlocking into each other are also disclosed.

    Abstract: Embodiments identify a station that rotates an over the air station address. As address rotation was not originally designed into wireless networks, the rotation can introduce communication challenges for the station. The embodiments derive that traffic referencing two different over the air station addresses are associated with a single common station. This is accomplished by determining a similarity between properties of two sets of traffic. A first set of traffic references the first over the air station address and a second set of traffic references the second over the air station address. If the properties common across the two sets of traffic indicate sufficient similarity, the embodiments determine that both sets of traffic are associated with a single device. Network configuration of the device is then adjusted based on the determination.

For example, a stream-processing software may sort incoming data feeds into data logs, which are then consumed by various application servers within the computing system. As such, a need exists for a streaming architecture with improved fault tolerance. The system provided herein solves the problem via a reliable streaming process, which regularly generates partitions within a series of data lakes. As streaming data is received, the payloads are synced into the different data lakes based on metadata associated with the streaming data. The system can then perform individual quality checks on each partition of data, enabling the system to continuously monitor data quality over time.

The strap only requires a small amount of volume, allowing for a higher volume (and higher capacity) for the battery. In order to accommodate swelling, a computing device that has a battery held in place with such a strap can have an open area above the battery. The strap may have ridges to contact the battery and the component above the battery beyond the open area. If the battery swells, the ridges may be pressed down, accommodating the swelling battery.
