  • Patent number: 12367031
Abstract: The system scans a RAN associated with a wireless telecommunication network to obtain an indication of a hardware status and a software status associated with the RAN. The system determines whether there is an update to the hardware or software status associated with the RAN. Upon determining there is the update, the system obtains from a first database an indication of a remote radio head configured to test the update. Based on the indication of the remote radio head, the system obtains from a second database multiple UEs configured to test the update. The system tests the update by causing the remote radio head to send a communication to a UE among the multiple UEs. The system obtains logs associated with the communication and, based on the logs, determines whether the update passes the tests.

  • Patent number: 12367094
Abstract: Information technology service management (ITSM) incident reports are converted from textual data to multiple vectors using an encoder and parameters are selected, where the parameters include a base cluster number and a threshold value. A base group of clusters is generated using an unsupervised machine learning clustering algorithm with the vectors and the parameters as input. A cluster quality score is computed for each of the base group of clusters. Each cluster from the base group of clusters with the cluster quality score above the threshold value is recursively split into new clusters until the cluster quality score for each cluster in the new clusters is below the threshold value. A final group of clusters is output, where each cluster from the final group of clusters represents ITSM incident reports related to a same problem.

  • Patent number: 12367108
Abstract: Examples of file analytics systems are described that may obtain metadata data from a virtualized file server using a snapshot of the file virtualized file. The analytics system may mount a snapshot to retrieve metadata used in determining an overall size, structure, owner, permissions, and/or storage locations of parts of a file system managed by the virtualized file server. The analytics tool may communicate directly with each of file server virtual machines of the virtualized file server during the metadata collection process to retrieve the respective portions of the metadata. During the metadata collection process, the analytics system may add a checkpoint or marker (e.g., index) after every completed metadata transaction to indicate where it left off accessing the metadata snapshots. The checkpoint may allow the analytics system to return to the checkpoint to resume the process should the process be interrupted for some reason.

  • Patent number: 12369096
Abstract: Managing aircraft satellite communication data traffic is provided. The method comprises calculating total available satellite communication bandwidth across a number of virtual local area networks (VLANs) of an onboard network of an aircraft and prioritizing data traffic for the VLANs according to a specified traffic priority and quality of service policies. The prioritized data is mapped to a number of unified device routing tables to maximize the available total satellite communication bandwidth and meet the quality of service policies. When data packets are received from the VLANs they are allocated across the total available satellite communication bandwidth based on the mapping. The data packets are then transmitted over a single continuously connected VLAN mapped to a satellite communication link from the aircraft to an end station.

  • Patent number: 12368683
Abstract: An information handling system includes processing modules and an I/O module. The processing modules each have one of a high or low priority level. The I/O module is coupled to a network device and includes network ports coupled to the processing modules. A port bandwidth control engine (PBCE) determines that the network device is providing a maximum bandwidth to the I/O module, and in response, allocates the maximum bandwidth equally to the processing modules. The PBCE further determines that the network device is providing a reduced bandwidth to the I/O module, and, in response, allocates to each high priority level processing module a first bandwidth on the associated network port and allocates to each low priority level processing module a second bandwidth on the associated network port.
