Abstract: In various examples, query response generation using entity linking for conversational AI systems and applications is described herein. Systems and methods are disclosed that generate embeddings associated with entities that a dialogue system is trained to interpret. The systems and methods may then use the embeddings to interpret requests. For instance, when receiving a request, the systems and methods may generate at least an embedding for an entity included in the request and compare the embedding to the stored embeddings in order to determine that the entity from the request is related to one of the stored entities. The systems and methods may then use this relationship to generate the response to the query. This way, even if the entity is not an exact match to a stored entity, the systems and methods are still able to interpret the query from the user.

  • Publication number: 20240371436
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for limiting a negative bit line voltage in a SRAM cell. A voltage limiter circuit may be implemented in a write driver to control the magnitude of negative voltage imposed on a bit line. The voltage limiter circuit can produce the required magnitude of negative bit line voltage at lower operating voltage levels. The voltage limiter circuit can also limit the magnitude of negative bit line voltage to not exceed a predetermined value. The reduction of the magnitude of the negative bit line voltage can reduce the active power of a SRAM cell.

  • Publication number: 20240371168
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for vehicle driving assistance systems that support image processing. In a first aspect, a method is provided that includes generating a top view image of an object using a plurality of images captured from different views. The method involves determining portions of the images that depict the object and generating novel views of the object from at least one novel view not present within the plurality of images. Corresponding portions containing an occluded view and an unobstructed view of the object are identified and corrected views for occluded views are determined based on corresponding unobstructed views using a machine learning model. A top view image may be then generated based on the corrected views. The invention enables improved visibility for autonomous driving systems in situations where objects are occluded or partially obstructed. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

  • Publication number: 20240372947
Abstract: A system for generating an expandable pool of virtual agents to provide solutions in a virtual environment comprises a call center server in communication with a metaverse server. The call center server generates the virtual agents with corresponding skills of each real-world agent using a machine learning model based on historical observation operations performed by each particular real-world agent and a historical rule set to address the service issue. The metaverse server identifies the virtual agents in the virtual environment. The call center server routes a service inquiry with a service issue from a user equipment of a user to the metaverse server when determining that a particular real-world agent is not available. The metaverse server identifies a first virtual agent with a first skill and conducts a first interaction between the first virtual agent and a user avatar to generate the customized solution to address the service issue.

  • Publication number: 20240371178
Abstract: Embodiments include systems and methods for determining states of traffic lights and managing behavior of an automated vehicle approaching an intersection. An autonomy system applies an object recognition engine trained to recognize a traffic light, and identify and confirm the state of the traffic light. A first neural network trained for object detection recognizes a traffic light and defines a bounding box around the recognized traffic light. A second neural network receives the region of the image bounded by the box as constituting the traffic light and “reads” the light. The automated vehicle uses other information, such as states of pedestrian traffic lights, detection of objects in and near the intersection, and glare on one or more cameras, to supplement its determination of the right of way through the intersection. The autonomy system generates a driving instruction based on the traffic light combined.

  • Publication number: 20240368693
Abstract: This disclosure relates more particularly to risk assessment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) present in the subject and designing a personalized recommendation for the same. Current diagnostic tools and procedures, though abundant in numbers, are all based on psychiatric or behavioral evaluations, checklists and associated statistical inferences, which highlight the inherent limitation in making a reliable and early diagnosis. The present disclosure makes use of oral microbial samples of both saliva and dental plaque. The present disclosure involves a paired extraction and quantification of site-specific unique microbial sequences pertaining to the oral microbial samples of an ASD subject and subsequent classification of the subject under the ASD risk category using a metric based on a predefined ensemble of mathematical formulas. Further, a guided development of personalized microbial cocktail(s) is then designed based on the most relevant formula-set for the subject.

  • Publication number: 20240370206
Abstract: Control logic in a memory device receives a request to read data from a memory array of a memory device, the request comprising an indication of a segment of the memory array where the data is stored, and determines whether a write temperature associated with the data is stored in a flag byte corresponding to the segment of the memory array. Responsive to determining that the write temperature associated with the data is stored in the flag byte, the control logic determines a cross-temperature for the data based on the write temperature and a read temperature at a time when the request to read the data is received, determines a program/erase cycle count associated with the segment of the memory array, and determines, based on the cross-temperature and the program/erase cycle count, whether to perform a corrective action to calibrate a read voltage level to be applied to the memory array to read the data from the segment.
