Abstract: Systems and methods for predicting interactions between objects and predicting a trajectory of an object are presented herein. A system can obtain object data associated with a first object and a second object. The object data can have position data and velocity data for the first object and the second object. Additionally, the system can process the obtained object data to generate a hybrid graph using a graph generator. The hybrid graph can have a first node indicative of the first object and a second node indicative of the second object. Moreover, the system can process, using an interaction prediction model, the generated hybrid graph to predict an interaction type between the first node and the second node. Furthermore, the system can process, using a graph neural network model, the predicted interaction type between the first node and the second node to predict a trajectory of the first object.

Abstract: A system determines that a fuel dispensing operation may be anomalous. In response, the system accesses fuel inventory data that indicates fuel levels in a fuel tank during a time period. The system determines a measure amount of fuel that left the fuel tank based on the fuel inventory data. The system determines a calculated amount of dispensed fuel associated with one or more fuel dispensing operations during the time period. The system compares the measured amount of fuel that left the fuel tank with the calculated amount of dispensed fuel. The system determines that the measured amount of fuel that left the fuel tank is more than the calculated amount of dispensed fuel. In response, the system concludes that at least one of the fuel dispensing operations is anomalous and causes the fuel dispensing terminal to stop dispensing fuel.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for dynamic optimization of single root input/output (I/O) virtualization (SR-IOV) workloads performance on a server or a client device. A function provided by an I/O endpoint device is shared by a plurality of virtual machines (VMs) or a host operating system (OS) via an I/O root device. It is determined whether a rate control is required for a workload running in a VM or the host OS based on a service level agreement (SLA) for the workload. If it is determined that a rate control is required for the workload, it is further determined whether a requirement for the workload can be satisfied based on a capability of an I/O endpoint device connected to the I/O root device. If it is determined that the requirement under the SLA for the workload can be satisfied, a rate control is performed for the workload.

  • Publication number: 20240270593
Abstract: The method for synthesizing zinc oxide nanoroses is a green, fast, and cost-effective approach for the growth of ZnO nanoroses in which a sheet of vertically aligned and interconnected sheet of ZnO nanospheres are grown on a titanium buffer layer coated on a silicon substrate, the nanospheres mimicking a rose-like structure. According to the method, a film of titanium is first deposited on a Si/SiO2 substrate by an e-beam evaporation method. Then, the titanium film coated substrate is suspended upside down in a solution of zinc nitrate (0.011 M-0.055M) in an aqueous solution of hexamethylenetetramine (0.011 M-0.055M) and heated to 50-100° C. with vigorous stirring for 60-180 min. The resulting ZnO nanoroses are washed with de-ionized water and air-dried for 12-24 hours. The ZnO nanoroses are suitable for use for various device applications in electronics and in biomedical systems.
