  • Publication number: 20240276614
Abstract: Apparatus and methods for controlling correlated color temperature (CCT) and lighting intensity in lighting fixtures are described. The CCT and intensity may be controlled independently over conventional AC wiring using a conventional dimmer. A lighting controller that resembles a conventional dimmer and that can be installed in place of a dimmer may be used instead of a conventional dimmer to access more control functionalities, still using conventional AC wiring. Wireless communication with the lighting fixture and/or lighting controller are possible.

  • Publication number: 20240273401
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for training and using machine learning models to predict data in privacy preserving manners are described. In one aspect, a method includes receiving, from a client device of a user, a digital component request including one or more contextual signals that describe an environment in which a selected digital component will be presented. The contextual signals are provided as input to a trained machine learning model that is trained to output, based on input contextual signals, predicted data about the user. The trained machine learning model is trained using a set of aggregated data including, for each of a set of aggregation keys, aggregated data for a plurality of users having electronic resource views that match the aggregation key. The predicted data about the user is received as an output of the trained machine learning model.

  • Publication number: 20240268830
Abstract: A variety of medical procedures utilize two or more medical device components, including medical device components where a first medical device component is advanced within a second medical component. An example would be an elongate dilator used in combination with a guide catheter. The guide catheter and the elongate dilator may be adapted to provide a rotational lock mechanism that allows the guide catheter and the elongate dilator to lock together such that rotating one of the components causes rotation of both components. In some instances, the guide catheter and the elongate dilator may cooperate to also provide a relative axial lock between the two components.

  • Publication number: 20240273703
Abstract: A method of virtually inspecting a quality of a product in a production environment includes receiving production information associated with the product, wherein the information is indicative of an operation performed on the product in relation to a first process of the production environment. The method further includes: determining a label for the product using a first classifier model based on the received information associated with the product; comparing the determined label against inspection data associated with an inspection of the product; and storing the production information and the inspection data associated with the product in an extension buffer, based on the comparison of the determined label and the inspection data, for retraining the first classifier model. The above method allows for storing new fault category information that is then dynamically used to retrain the model. Accordingly, this allows for retraining of classifier models without human intervention.

  • Publication number: 20240272991
Abstract: A technique enables recovery of failover data used to generate one or more High Frequency Snapshots (HFSs) at a source and replicated to a target for storage and recovery. The target is illustratively an intermediary repository embodied as a long-term storage service (LTSS) configured to organize and store the HFSs as recovery points (RPs) in an object store. The LTSS stores a HFS identifier (ID), a logical offset in an object of the object store storing data of the HFS, and a logical timestamp associated with each replicated HFS as a key of a segment descriptor in a key-value database configured to store metadata describing the failover data of the HFS stored as one or more objects in the object store. Upon recovery of the failover data, the technique enables identification of the HFS stored in the object store and creation of a HFS index metadata structure (B+ tree) to extract the identified HFS as a RP.
