The deep learning network has an encoder, a transformer-based fusion block, and a decoder. The transformer-based fusion block includes a mapping network that computes meta-weights from features extracted from the reference images and the control parameters, and a cross-attention block to generate modulation weights based on the meta-weights. An output displays high-quality and diverse images generated based on the values for the control parameter.

    Abstract: Depth estimation of images using deep learning methods is a wide range of application in Augmented Reality, 3D graphics and robotics. Conventional methods are supervised, which requires explicit ground truth depth information for training and the conventional unsupervised methods fails to provide a generalized solution. The present disclosure estimates accurate depth information and confidence map of a given monocular image in an unsupervised manner. A depth Neural Network receives a monocular image and predicts per-pixel depth map and a confidence map. The depth NN utilizes a negative exponential of photometric loss as ground truth information. The predicted confidence-map is further used to estimate per-pixel uncertainty map. The pose NN predicts a plurality of pose vectors between a plurality of the consecutive monocular images. Finally, the Bayesian inference module is computes the fused depth information and the fused uncertainty map.

Disclosed process consists of two stages and in the first stage, shredded organic waste is digested in primary digester in which biodegradable organic fractions present in waste gets converted to volatile fatty acids and alcohols dissolved in aqueous solution by hydrolytic and acidogenic microorganisms. Primary digester effluent pH, is adjusted to about 6.8-7.5 by addition of controlled alkali solution. Neutralized waste slurry is separated into liquid solution called as leachate and digested solid sludge. In the second stage, liquid leachate comprising volatile fatty acids are converted to biogas with methane content in the range 80-86% by methanogenic microbial culture in main digester under anaerobic conditions.
