  • Publication number: 20240269888
Abstract: Embodiments of a system and a method for evaluating a mat-faced cementitious board specimen can be used to determine a bond strength value for the specimen. A moving assembly is configured to move a pair of non-contact ultrasonic transducers over an X-Y plane relative to the specimen supported in a support fixture such that the specimen is interposed between the transducers. A controller is configured to use ultrasonic signals from the transducers to determine the bond strength for at least one facer of a mat-faced cementitious board specimen. Transducer arrays can be outfitted downstream of the kiln, for example, to provide a system and a method for continuously measuring the bond strength of mat-faced cementitious board during the continuous manufacture thereof.

  • Patent number: 12062201
Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed for identifying and generating symmetrical repeat edits to similar objects in an image. A selection of a first object and an edit to the first object in an image is received. The image is searched for a plurality of candidate objects that have a similar shape to the first object and the plurality of candidate objects are filtered to include one or more objects that are symmetrical with the first object. A symmetric object is selected from the plurality of candidate objects. An axis of symmetry is computed between the symmetric object and the first object. The edit is applied to the symmetric object and to the first object.

  • Patent number: 12062418
Abstract: A dataset is obtained comprising data blocks, each representing a different characteristic, for a plurality of cells across a plurality of bins, each bin representing a different portion of a reference sequence. Cells are clustered on one such characteristic across the bins thereby forming a tree that includes root, intermediate, and terminal nodes, where the cells are terminal nodes and intermediate nodes have daughter nodes, themselves being intermediate nodes or a cell. A subset of the tree is displayed that includes the root and leaves, each leaf representing an intermediate node or a cell. A heat map of the characteristic is also displayed, the map including a segment for each leaf, across the bins. When a segment represents an intermediate node, it is an average of the characteristic across daughters of the node. Graphs of characteristics for the root across the bins are also displayed.
