    Abstract: A system configured to improve audio processing by performing dereverberation and noise reduction during a communication session. In some examples, the system may include a deep neural network (DNN) configured to perform speech enhancement, which is located after an Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) component. For example, the DNN may process isolated audio data output by the AEC component to jointly mitigate additive noise and reverberation. In other examples, the system may include a DNN configured to perform acoustic interference cancellation, which may jointly mitigate additive noise, reverberation, and residual echo, removing the need to perform residual echo suppression processing. The DNN is configured to process complex-valued spectrograms corresponding to the isolated audio data and/or estimated echo data generated by the AEC component.

The structure is annealed to crystallize the phosphorus doped silicon and intrinsic silicon layers. A method of forming a crystalline silicon layer of a TFT device includes forming a first silicon film, forming a phosphorus doped silicon film on the first silicon film, forming a nickel film on the phosphorus doped silicon film, and annealing the structure to crystallize the phosphorus doped silicon and first silicon films. The first silicon and phosphorous doped silicon films are amorphous at formation.

Each bit-cell comprises an access transistor and a capacitor including ferroelectric material. The access transistor is coupled to the ferroelectric material. The FeRAM can be FeDRAM or FeSRAM. The memory of the first die may store input data and weight factors. The computational logic of the second die is coupled to the memory of the first die. The second die is an inference die that applies fixed weights for a trained model to an input data to generate an output. In one example, the second die is a training die that enables learning of the weights.

Thereafter, the image frames may be processed to detect occurrence of a flow of the follicular fluid as well as presence of blood in the follicular fluid. Accordingly, a first alert signal indicating detection of occurrence of flow of the follicular fluid and a second alert signal indicating presence of blood in the follicular fluid, may be generated to notify a medical practitioner.

Basic and Advanced Duty Cycle Adjuster (DCA) training algorithms are implemented to reduce duty cycle error and hence reduce phase mismatch translated jitter in the transmitter DQS signals. In accordance with aspects of the Basic DCA training algorithm, duty cycles for QCLK, IBQCLK, and QBCLK are adjusted by a memory controller that utilizes a DCA function implemented on a memory module (e.g., DDR5 SDRAM DIMM) to obtain a first set of optimized DCA code settings. The first set of optimized DCA code settings are then used as initial settings for the Advance DCA training algorithm to further optimize the DCA code settings for QCLK, IBQCLK, and QBCLK. A similar technical may be employed to reduce duty cycle error and jitter for DQ signals.
