Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for generating depth information. For example, a process can include obtaining a first feature volume including visual features corresponding to each respective frame included in a first set of frames. A first query generator network can generate reconstruction features associated with a reconstructed feature volume corresponding to the first feature volume. Based on the first feature volume, a second query generator network can generate motion features associated with predicted future motion corresponding to the first feature volume. An initial depth prediction can be generated for each respective frame based on cross-attention between features of a depth prediction decoder, the reconstruction features, and the motion features. A refined depth prediction can be generated for each respective based on cross-attention between the initial depth prediction, the reconstruction features, and the motion features.

  • Publication number: 20250148309
Abstract: Some embodiments are directed to a computer implemented system and method to determine relationships between data elements using a knowledge graph are described. The method comprises establishing a knowledge graph having graph elements, associating weights with data elements and determining at least some of these weights to be modifiable weights. Training data is used to determine the relationships between data elements in the knowledge graph by calculating the strength of the relationship. The calculated relationship strength values are compared to previously established relationship strength values, and one or more modifiable weights are modified to reduce the error between the calculated and established relationship strength values. These steps are repeated until a matching criterion is reached.

  • Publication number: 20250144201
Abstract: A method of immunizing against COVID-19 by administering a recombinant SARS-CoV2 protein-based vaccine, developed by either embedding the epitopes/domains, or chemically attaching, to an already established vaccine candidate, e.g., a detoxified recombinant tetanus neurotoxin (DrTeNT). The developed vaccine will have three novel contributions compared to the present vaccine technology: a) providing a novel and very effective vaccine platform; b) priming with DrTeNT will prepare the host immune system for better response; and c) oral delivery of the vaccine candidate with a group of neurotoxin binding proteins (NAPs) from Clostridium sp. A Detoxified recombinant tetanus neurotoxin (DrTeNT) is prepared by mutation of the active site amino acid residues is an effective vaccine candidate, and is used for embedding epitopes of SARS-CoV-2 virus protein for vaccination against Covid-19. • Publication number: 20250148802
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for controlling an autonomous machine includes processing sensor data streamed via a plurality of calibrated sensors by a plurality of perception modules to extract perception information from the sensor data in real time. The extracted real time perception information from the plurality of perception modules is fused by a context awareness module to create a blackboard image, which is a representation of an operating environment of the autonomous machine derived from fusion of the extracted perception information using a controlled semantic, defining a context of the autonomous machine. A stream of blackboard images, representing a time evolving context of the autonomous machine, is processed by an action evaluation module, using a control policy, to output a control action to be executed by the autonomous machine. The control policy includes a learned mapping of context to control action represented by blackboard images created using the controlled semantic.
