  • Patent number: 11816005
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure enable data protection operations including differential and incremental backups by performing changed-block tracking in network or cloud computing systems with architectures that do not natively support changed-block tracking or do not expose changed-block tracking functionality to an information management system. In certain aspects, an identity of changed blocks may be obtained by using a hypervisor configured to interface with the cloud computing architecture. The identified changed blocks may be used to generate a map of the changed blocks. The maps of the changed blocks can be used by a virtual server agent to extract the changed blocks from a copy of a virtual machine disk and backed up to perform a differential or incremental backup.

An approach for optimizing such retraining of CogBots may be presented herein. The approach may include receiving a prompt at a CogBot retraining framework. The approach may include analyzing the prompt and determining potential responses to the prompt. The approach may include generating a dialogue benchmark for each of the potential responses. The approach may further include generating a decision shift score for the prompt. Further, the approach may additionally include updating the CogBot retraining framework based on the generated decision shift score.

  • Publication number: 20230360956
Abstract: Embodiments described herein generally relate to process chambers with coaxial lift devices. In some embodiments, the device comprises both a bottom bowl lift and a pedestal lift. The bottom bowl lift supports a bottom bowl and is configured to move the bottom bowl into a position that reduces the process volume. The bottom bowl lift is co-axial with the pedestal lift and the bottom bowl lift and the pedestal lift are attached for vacuum operation. The pedestal lift includes multiple actuators to create a dynamic lift mechanism. Both systems complete a nested system such that the bottom bowl lift is adjustable and can close the bottom bowl creating a symmetric and small process volume. The pedestal lift can move independently to its process position and tilt in a desired direction without interference with the bottom bowl lift, increasing film uniformity on a processed substrate.

  • Publication number: 20230359193
Abstract: A system and method for prediction of failures and optimization, that can provide solution available for unsupervised learning models based on limited data that can predict different types of failure and pre-failure instances. The solution provides improvement upon previous methods of labelling by marking certain days data ahead of failure as belonging to failure data which will result in reduction of noisy data and improves good working condition data. The present invention helps with improved data quality due to labelling as the proposed method models complex distributions of feature vectors accurately and are better at finding deviations from normal data distribution which is used for detecting failures. The novel solution help to analyse and categorise the type of failures for PC Pumps currently deployed in CBM Fields for which failure days in advance can be predicted.
